NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! If unfortunately you are already a victim of this company, you can report them to European Consumer Centre and they will help you to get a refund back. I bought a keto breath analyzer from this company and they sent me an alcohol breath tester. I reported immediately upon receipt. I asked to send me the correct one and a shipping label to return the wrong product. However, they refused to do so and insisted me to send back the wrong product to china at MY OWN EXPENSE! I even told the customer care agent that their website states they will send the correct one witihin 72hrs if the product is wrong but they keep answering 50% refund or send back the wrong product to get full refund but i have to shoulder the shipping cost. After multiple emails, I figure out it's a scam company. I reported them to ECC belgium (Im from belgium) they replied they will liaise with ECC netherlands. You just have to be patient. I just got the full refund today (after 6 weeks).

After waiting for more then two weeks my order did finally delivered.
First suprise its wrapped in a TEMU bag. My second suprise I find a cheep device in the pakket, for what I paid for over 35 euro. My third suprise when I checked TEMU website the same device is offered for less than 5 euro.
If I want a cheap Chinese no value mercendise I can order my self. Whambeauty let you believe its a quality product. But in contrarely. Its NOT
This is nothing else then dropshipping scam.
My advice Don't by here will safe you a lot of disappointment and hussle and costs to sent back, to sent retour the order Hope My advice makes you wise.
Dont buy at WHAMBEAUTY.

I placed order 22.04. Today is 26.04 The package is still in China. This dropshipping scam needs to stop. If I wanted to buy from China, I would use AliExpress or Temu; they have better prices. Don't make the same mistake I did—don't buy from here.

I waited two weeks for a product to be delivered from China. Clearly what is shown on the website is not at all what I received and I feel very disappointed that I did not look at these reviews beforehand because I could have avoided this altogether and not spent my money on a very low quality product. Unfortunately, as their return warehouses are located in China, the costs to return the item (which are at my own expense as clearly stated on their website) is the same price of what I paid for the product. So I definitely feel scammed out of my money. Will never be purchasing from here again and I advise you to avoid it too.
I would give this lower than one star but unfortunately unable to do so.
