I have ordered 2 Automotive Glass Nano Repair Fluid x 2 on 1/27/2020 and have not received anything. I have emailed the support email 3 times and have not gotten a response. I do not know what is going on but I will be suing this company because they are thieves!

Nc. I order a item did not get it. I am going to let American Express know tis is a bad company and should not let them use them.

It has been months since I have paid and ordered a product from this company. Upon filing a PayPal refund request they finally replied saying the item is in transit and gave me a fake tracking number. Do not waste your time with this company.

Whatyoubuy is truly a scam. I bought goods to the value of about $40. Never arrived. I wrote and was asked for patience. Several further emails were ignored. Registered in the US but the service seems to be Chinese. Do not buy

Ordered some mold gel. They added a second item that I did not order. Cannot find a phone number to call them to cancel. Only realized what happened because they sent a receipt to my husband's email and charged his paypal...not mine. Screwed up for sure. Sorry I clicked on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Whateveryoubuy.com is not willing to refund me for a defective product. I'm trying to find a phone number & none exist. Have been battling with them for 3 months. All I get are automatic generic messages stating this issue will " help improve customer service". They are a scam

Ordered "messy buns" hair pieces for a Christmas present. Took forever to get here and finally arrived on January 11th. The colors didn't match what was advertised and the hair immediately started falling out. The quality is pitiful and the item is useless! My wife put them on my desk to send them back. I sent them an email and they said it was too late to return them. It had only been 18 days!! I would not buy a thing from this company as they obviously see poor quality junk and they have zero integrity.

I ordered 2 messy rose buns and then received a focused email from them saying they cannot trace my order. I had to google who they were and in doing so found this trust pilot link

This is FRAUD/SCAM. I couldn't believe I was deceived. I have been ordering alot online and this is my first time I have encountered this scam. I ordered 3 buns last December, I sent an email to follow-up, no response until now. Please help me report this fraudulent act thru FBI, ICC online. I just did!

Bought 2 messy buns from this company! They are thin and cheap and the colours are different from what they advertise! They have a no return policy and a terrible customer service, if you can call it that, who don't seem to care. Do not buy from these!!

I ordered the Eyeliner in November and it has never arrived. Trying to track it is impossible. It’s shipping from China and seems untraceable. Very frustrating! Asked for a refund and was told to be patient, they’d check on it. Then ghosted!

Awful experience! I should have checked for their reputation to avoid purchasing from their site. Once I added the card details lots of other items popped out and the space between the 'I don't want it' and the 'add it' was so scarce that one item was added. I thought I could delete it before the payment, but they just added it to my cart without giving me that choice. I contacted the customer service which after few days replied they couldn't grant my request of removing the last unwanted item. I hope that the Better Business Bureau will intervene.

Do not order a "messy bun". Thin, cheap and inaccurate colors. Absolute waste of money.. Wrote customer service and they didn't care in the slightest.

I order an item November 3rd and still till this day never received it. I sent numerous emails asking where package is was given the run-around. When I asked for refund they never replied back.

Bad customer service and now out money I paid for but never got.
