Wanted to book Superman 3D tickets but have been blocked by a very poor service on the bfi website. Trying to login it says 'your details may have been hacked in a recent data leak blah blah blah',,,so I say ok, continue. Then try log in again and it says 'login invalid' - so I try and reset my password and it says it will send to the account if it exists....and the email just doesnt arrive. What a crappy experience.
