While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Actually l am just seeing whether this is true or false
Never had a problem with them but intelizoom has taken over, so need to see if it's the same.
It's not a scam, but not worth the effort. Pay is half of other sites and I was lucky if I received one test per month. Tests are taken directly from the email, so I never log in to the website. I took every test offered and waited forever to be paid. Today, I received an email saying they've checked their records and it appears I no longer want to test with them and they will close my account within a few days. If I log in, they'll keep it open for a few months longer. Thanks a lot unprofessional, rude admins.
Very Poor! Missing £25 in payments, no tests for the last month and they are not replying to emails or facebook messages. Very disappointed.
Not paying not replying to emails. Closing account. Don’t bother.
Missing payments, tests are much fewer and customer support center not replying to any email
Used to be good, but now payouts are missing and customer service not responding to emails.
It has been six days since my first email. I also attempted to contact them via Facebook quite politely where they have since blocked me.
This is the kind of company you will be dealing with.
What User Do is okay. You get paid the following month into your PayPal account and I have averaged about 2 or 3 reviews a month (£5 a review) so not a great deal of earning potential really just some thing to do if you have the spare time. My main criticism is that for mobile reviews it asks you to click on a link in an app as well as on the main computer screen so it can be confusing moving between screens (especially whey they are both shaped like a mobile phone). Also it can be glitchy, I failed a test because the link on the mobile app did not work and therefore could not record the screen despite the audio working.
Used to be good but last 2 tests gave error on upload and they are not replying to any of my messages. Have they gone bust?
Used to be good but they cut the pay from £8 per test to £5 and some of these tests are incredibly long and complicated to complete so not worth the time now, sadly.
Doesn't pay very much vs time input by people taking reviews, also unfortunately as with most sites offering crowd sourced usability feedback, they are generally looking for people to give positive feedback rather than honest feedback which is a shame. Being able to earn money from home though is a massive plus.
My problem with this site is that you have to take a lengthy 'test' after being accepted and 'tests' to be qualified for any assignment. These are nothing more than unpaid survey reviews!! How pathetic. I never get the actual paid assignment, but I sure as hell have put in a lot of unpaid information in these 'tests' prior to being accepted. Enough.
Shocking, firstly pay less than most other sites.
Then when there was an issue with their upload tool they refused to pay me even though I spent 32 minutes doing a test (yes 32 minutes for just £5)
When I pointed out that when you watch the video replay you can clearly see there is an issue with their recording tool which wasn't my fault, they ignored me and have never since replied to any messages.
They have never paid me for the 32 minutes I wasted even though it was their fault.
You can't refuse to pay people
Decent company. They take some time before paying you for your tests, but eventually they do.
Testing on Pc or Mac is easy enough. Mobile testing is confusing to set up.
Not many available tests per day. Basically this is a site to make some extra cash during your days off.
I am an incredibly particular person and I would definitely give those four stars believing that and all points that they try and every area to do the best that they had any suggestions that I would have would be. They would make things easier to understand and cleaner. thank you
