Received quickly. Meets expectations for quality.

Placed order for a Christmas Ornament, received notification days later that they were out of stock.. It's 2023/2024, there's no reason your inventory shouldn't be tracked in a way that you are not letting customers check out products that are not available. Yes, the return of my money was good, but I ordered 10 days before Christmas knowing it would arrive on time. The delay between ordering and finding out that the product was out of stock was enough time that I couldn't find a replacement to arrive before Christmas.

I purchased chocolate bars and two days later they were 50% off and when I called customer service for a price adjustment they told me they don’t adjust prices and there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t cancel my order and reorder at the new price either. I said I had to order more items I would even be ok with a credit so I could order new items. I was also told no. You have now lost a long time customer.

The wrappers turned out great, exactly what we wanted. Super fast turn around time as well!

We ordered the personalized candy bars. The shipping was fast and all arrived in perfect shape. They will make a festive addition to our holiday.

The party favor turned out exactly as I envisioned and I was very pleased. The only challenge was designing the tag to get the text to appear how I wanted. I’d highly recommend. I used them for a surprise 70th birthday attended by guests ranging from ages 30-80.

WH Candy was eager to work with me when the chocolate I ordered was delayed, giving me the same price for one that was available though more expensive. In the end I still got my original order and had expedited shipping for free to make up for the delay. The product (90th birthday party favor) is absolutely what I expected -- the print is crisp and very attractive! I highly recommend WH Candy for your party favor / souvenir needs. The company has great service and really wants return customers.

WH failed to process my order. It wasn't until 2 weeks later when I had to call to inquire about the status of my order that the customer service representative said - Oh, it was never processed. I needed the order delivered ASAP for a meeting (which was why I placed the order when I did). She also gave me an incredibly hard time about expediting the order and shipping knowing the company's mistake to ensure on time delivery. She was rude, unapologetic and mean. The package has STILL not been delivered almost 1 month later.

We had to cancel our order due to the delays that we were informed of. When we called the company to see what our options were they only would offer something that would cost more and even though the delay fell on them they wouldn't offer a substitute at the same price point. There wasn't any information at the time of purchase that indicated that they were having any type of delays so we ordered in good faith. Disappointed we had to cancel.
