I ordered a two wheeled wheelbarrow and the item was 'in stock' on their website. Wheelbarrows.co.uk took the payment and sent me a confirmation E-Mail. When I received no dispatch E-Mail from them on the promised dispatch date I rang them to confirm the barrow had been dispatched. Only at this point was I told the barrow was not in stock and that they could not confirm a delivery date but that it would be at least 3 weeks!

Awful service and still no wheelbarrow. Avoid!

My sons bought me the garden trolley because we had just moved into a house with a 200ft garden and getting tools, bags of compost etc to the veggie growing area at its far end was proving a bit arduous! The trolley was delivered promptly to my house, it was very easily assembled and has been a godsend. I initially thought it looked a bit flimsy, and the wheels looked too small, but it has happily taken a bit of a battering and gone everywhere I wanted, including up & down small steps. I keep it under cover so, apart from inevitable scratches, it still looks good after a year's use. And you can use it as a seat and drinks table when the gardening gets tough!

Wheelbarrows UK had extensive choice at competative prices. I wanted a wheelbarrow that would last & not rot away after 12 months. I chose a galvanized model with a pneumatic tyre. They had the right model for me and priced well. It is used on a daily basis & has stood up to some rough treatment & still looks good, no sign of any wear, it load hauls well & evenly balanced.

I wanted two wheelbarrow wheels with puncture-proof tyres. I was unable to find dimensions on your web site so I contacted the company to find out the dimensions. No good. So I called and spoke to a young man. I wanted to know the size of the hole into which the shaft goes. I asked if it was 25mm. The chap did not know but took time to go away and find out. He came back and confirmed 25mm. I ordered one plus an inner tube for another wheel. The package arrived and the shaft hole was 20mm. Disappointment. I made arrangements to send it back. Packed it all up when I received a message to say I should keep it and the money would be returned anyway. All fine. Inner tube appears fine.
Just irritating about the misinformation about the shaft hole.
Good company otherwise.

The wheelbarrow is made from pliable plastic and the sides bend easily under weight eg, large bag of compost, if not placed precisely in the middle. I can’t recommend it.

It is quite some time ago since I ordered and received my wheelbarrow, but I remember the ordering went smoothly, and the delivery was very prompt. Assembly was not too difficult, though I needed to borrow a spanner to do so, and an extra pair of hands would be useful (but that is probably just me!). My basic, lightweight wheelbarrow is very good, and more than adequate for getting the firewood to the house. The price was very reasonable. So I am a very happy customer, and would recommend this firm without reservation.

Bought a wheelbarrow for my mother. Easy to put together. Had a large yellow front wheel which makes it very easy to manoeuvre. Quite large but surprisingly lightweight. Good quality. My mother has no problem using it. Delivery was very quick.

Our wheelbarrow arrived quickly and has been used for a variety of garden jobs including some heavy items and a lot of garden rubbish. It has performed well and is easy to manoeuvre around obstacles to get it just where you need it.
