It was an enjoyable experience. Excellent pricing. If I may suggest one improvement it would be to give how much shipping is prior to checkout. Unfortunately I couldn’t see what the shipping charge until AFTER I selected PayPal checkout. This said, the shipping charge seems fair and economical.

The chair seat included screws which one would think would be helpful, however, the washers were very thin and deform readily with one actually tearing through and discarded, instead using the the original ones from the chair. This caused some difficulties in installing.
In addition and more significantly, the replacement was advertised as having screw spacing of 5” however as shipped it had screws with different spacings on the inner two requiring some work to move them. What was worse, the holes didn’t line up easily necessitating some effort to insert them. There was some blood involved which should heal soon.

All items is there but there's an issue while you pick up from the list, it's remove fast can't see thr options quite.

They are very personable and want to ensure that they provide the right parts for the user! As a T-Rex with a wheelchair. I must say that the prices are great. They are a go to vendor for parts!!!!

Only purchased some spacers in hopes of keeping the dog hair out of the front caster bearings. Order was processed promptly but little surprised at the shipping cost for such a small package. Otherwise will add them to my list of wheelchair parts providers.

I made an error in my order and they were able to fix it and refund my money in less than a day! Then they called me back to let me know that even though the system did not show what I needed they actually did have it in stock!

I bought two front tires and four caster tires for a Hoveround XHD. They were shipped quickly and work with no problems.

This is my new go to for all my wheelchair needs! I've been at this since 93' and I'm as frugal as one can be. These prices can't be beat! Period, full stop! Even used parts on ebay are often more expensive. Thanks for another great experience!

My order had to be adjusted cause one of my item was so out. Got call for a woman asking me to return her call, I did she explain everything to and order me tires that were available. Sent them out via FedEx and got them the next.

very helpful even took apart caster to see what middle spacer dimension was . not many store /site anyone for that matter would do that just help someone.

I had to order elevating leg rests for my daughter’s upcoming surgery. I called the store because I was unsure which one fit the chair we borrowed. The guy that answered was very professional and patient as he walked me through how to measure a specific part of the chair to get the correct ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing parts.
