I had been let down by a 2 other online bike shops for a Sram GX Groupset. I emailed the customer service team to check they had the groupset in stock and if it was in stock when could I expect delivery. Prompt reply (with in 20 mins) advising they had stock and if i ordered and paid on the Saturday (5th December) they would ship Monday 7th and I would receive Tuesday 8th December. True to their word it arrived today as advised. Would recommend purchasing components from this company - very efficient. I have seen some frustrating reviews regarding Bikes, but as we all know there is a real shortage at the moment globally so this is not really a true indication of their service. Will be purchasing all my components and accessories from them from now on , Very happy customer !
