Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.

Clear website with lots of options to choose from. ordering was easy. The cheapest I could find even with the large delivery fee. Delivery was quicker than expected and delivery driver was lovely.

Yellow Bin Delivery
Bin is as safely delivered and the couriers were great as they phoned to let me know they were coming and gave them directions. My house is not easy to find but they phoned again and I asked them what they could see where they had stopped and from their description I was able to direct them to my house. Great service. Thank you

Delivery cancelled twice
Bins themselves seem to be standard Council 240 ltr pattern, robust and competitively priced. Delivery was pre-arranged and then cancelled twice. Third time lucky but I could have done without the previous cancellations. One bin had been fitted with wheels, with the other 3 stacked inside, disassembled. Unfortunately, the wheels had been mounted in the position opposite to the one I wanted (there is a choice of 2). Had to refer to the Web for the method of removing a wheel without damaging/destroying it. Not a big problem if you have the tools, which I did, but time-wasting nevertheless. On balance, ok and I would buy from them again but an old lady might struggle.
Having seen the reply, the point I was trying to make is that I would have preferred to have had no wheels assembled. Once mounted they are not straightforward to remove, it involves drilling through the plastic sleeve and levering back a spring underneath. Delivery is part of any Internet deal. If your sub-contractor is letting you down, ditch them and use another one, even if they are slightly more expensive.

We apologise that there were issues with delivery, we use an external courier and once it leaves our warehouse we have limited control of delivery timeframes from then on. We will follow up on this with our courier service to try and find out why there were cancellations and make sure this doesn't happen again.
In order to send them out in the most cost-effective way and reduce our shipping costs to the customer, we do have to remove wheels so that we can stack the bins for transportation.
We will take your feedback into consideration as it helps us to improve our services in the future and we appreciate you giving us a fair overview.

I can see that you emailed us about this and we were able to rectify the issue as quickly as possible but this does take time as we have to organise for a collection and due to the size and quantity ordered this has to be done on a pallet rather than just a simple courier collection.
I believe the issue has been resolved, albeit still an inconvenience but we believe we handled the situation as best as possible and are sorry you felt this warranted a one star review on our services.

Overall poor delivery service
Delivery was split between two deliveries due to the bins coming from two different distribution points. Initially the wrong quantity and type of recycling bin was delivered, then the freight company delivering two 660 Ltr general waste wheelie bins delivered them on a pallet one stacked on top of the other and it was impossible to get them apart without a lot of help. The delivery driver was very unhelpful. These measured over 2m in height - taller than me and weigh a lot. It is very easy to sell these online but the customer service around the delivery is awful.

Having looked at the email chain between yourself and our sales team, I can see that there was an issue with the wrong item being delivered to you from our distribution centre which I can only apologise for and believe was rectified quickly.
Regarding the bins being stacked, unfortunately this is the only way we are able to send larger units without having to split them and consequently charge for an extra pallet which we believe is a less effective way of transporting these.
As we use an external delivery company, we are limited on how much control we have over their delivery terms and they are only responsible for delivering the items to the delivery destination, it is then down to the drivers discretion how much they will assist on the other end.
I believe our customer service was much more helpful than you have implied as we responded promptly to you at all times throughout your order and any time you got in contact with us we were quick to respond and contacted our distribution centre as soon as possible to find out what had happened there, I apologise that you do not feel the same way.
As always, we will help where we can and our team are always available via email or phone to deal with any issues that arise but we can only assist with issues where we are aware.
