Ordered the tangerine scream air freshener, not only does it look great but it also smells great too. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered 4, arrived within the timescale however they were soaked soggy and sticky hid knows with only what, I managed to save 1 item and hung it in the boot of the car as it was in a bit of a mess, the rest went into the bin.
Ordered 3 sorry was a typo.
Yes I did indeed email the company directly to avoid any embarrassment and will gladly send the email again as proof- I’ve nothing to hide here it’s just a few car air fresheners for goodness sake, so why would I bring this up unless it had happened?? All 3 air fresheners once opened were sticky with god knows what? They were binned as I didn’t want them touching the interior of the car and having what ever it was on them damage it etc.

Hi Steve, I am sorry to hear that your order arrived like this. I'm confused as to why you wouldn't get in touch with us and notify our team with this problem as we would have rectified this immediately for you. I have looked for any emails or messages from you but can't see anything other than this review. Aside from the packet arriving being wet (likely from transport which is completely out of our control), the air fresheners inside their cellophane wrapping will only have the fragrance on the board and not the sticky residue you mention as they are completely heat sealed closed. I have also checked your order number and can see that you had actually ordered 3 air fresheners, not the 4 you say in the review, might you be reviewing us in mistake of another item you purchased perhaps? If you can provide us with more details of how the package arrived with any photos, I'd be happy to look into this straight away for you.

Super good price, excellent quality and I love the fact I can match my car to the air freshener. I also love the variety, I managed to also get some of my favourite cars too like a splitty (vw campervan), definitely buy again and arrived super quick
