Excellent service, don't hesitate
The customer service with this company is top notch. The representatives are very polite and are in contact with you throughout the process via phone and texts. Most of the other companies offer less, none offered more. They are coordinating with a local salvage yard for pick up, so the pick up time might vary a bit. But they stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. I'm very satisfied with them and would absolutely use them again.

My critic is that they didn't respect when I asked them to not call me at work and wait until I called them back. They called me about 7-10 times a day for a week which nearly drove me crazy, I almost went with another service. They offered a great service.

I purchased a vehicle from the auction for 2250.00 after 10 minutes into driving home the car began to smoke and I had to have it towed. I paid two different mechanics to look at the car and they both said the car is bad and I need to junk it. I searched and searched and while everyone only wanted to give me 200-350 wheelzy was willing to give 479. They were fast and professional. Thank you wheezy!

EXTREMELY pushy
Didn't give me a good offer on my car - the guy who picked it up said that I definitely could have gotten more for it because it was in really good shape, other than needing a new engine - the body was in good condition and the car had low mileage for how old it was. I just needed it gone, unfortunately, and didn't have any other option. The thing I REALLY didn't like: they are VERY pushy - Would not stop calling me and would not listen to me when I said "No." I spent over 30 minutes with them telling them "No," and had to get aggressive because they wouldn't let me hang up when I got to work and told them I had to hang up. The process, once I agreed to an offer, was pretty easy and straightforward.

From the jump they expected my vehicle's and I had been calling all around Jacksonville FL and no one even just come and get them was all I was looking for. But wheelzy came to the rescue and sent two trucks out and picked up both vehicles and even gave me some nice cash for them...
