Wonderful service! Very friendly staff. Took a very old watch in for repair, and was guided through the process by Evelyn who pointed out details which I had not noticed. Was kept up to date with regular phone calls as to how the repair was progressing. It ended with a shiny watch, working wonderfully. Many, many thanks. Highly recommended.

Chris in Guildford was very helpful and polite, and takes the time to serve you.
With a good stock in the shop, normally get what we are looking for, but go above and beyond for anything different that we enquire about. Which we did this time, and got a call back the next day with the answer. Can't ask for more then that.

I bought a watch 12 years' ago with a lifetime guarantee. It recently went wrong so I took it back to the Worthing branch. Although no longer agents for the make they agreed to send it away. I was not hopeful. BUT I received a phone call to say it had been mended with a completely new motion. Free of charge.That is what I call excellent service.

Used frequently now and always been impressed with the staff, the shop and the stock. Would recommend and will definitely continue to use.

Great customer service easy experience and expert knowledge

Whibleys have been amazing with us and have brought some beautiful jewellery from there. My husband brought me the most beautiful opal and diamond ring and then few months later brought the matching necklace that was actually gold instead of white gold (husbands mistake) when we returned to see if this could be changed they sent it away to to be dipped in white gold and didn’t charge us any additional money. I had it back within a week. Outstanding customer service all round and really no their stuff.

We would really recommend Courlanders in Richmond for jewellery valuations. They were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Carli helped us through the process explaining step by step how it all works. We were given plenty of time to consider our options and nothing was too much trouble. We have known Courlanders for many years growing up in Richmond and it is great to see a traditional jewellers still on the high street with mountains of experience and proper customer service. It was great to deal with experts who are passionate about their subject.

We have recently visited the Worthing branch looking to purchase 2 rings to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the staff were so helpful in helping us choose the perfect rings, we cannot thank the staff enough for making this such a wonderful experience.
