Congratulations to Whibleys Guildford for their splendid personal service! Most certainly we will try and use their friendly shop in the future.

Superb. Visit here first! On a tour of Guildford's jewellers in search for a gift Whibleys was the last place we visited (out of 8 I think) and was head and shoulders above other shops;

- Everything was on display in the main windows WITH PRICES
- The selection was plentiful and of good quality, there were variations of designs and styles, it was well organised (like with like) and roughly catered for High-Low to Low-High. It all felt very maintained.
- The staff were fantastic and friendly and it felt very welcoming, no stuffiness, good culture - one employee wilfully gave a colleague our business as they had clocked us first.

Go here first, it's the best display, selection and experience.

We loved our visit to Whibleys! It was a really lovely experience and we found a beautiful necklace for my daughters 21st birthday with the help of Karen. There was lots of trying on but we never felt any pressure to buy or that anything was too much trouble. We would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a special present, we are so happy with our purchase.

A lovely, friendly team in Whibleys in Guildford. I got my engagement ring cleaned in there for my wedding and they did it within the hour, it looks brand new! Very good customer service, would recommend!

Went to Whibleys today and we were given really lovely service by Karen and Lawrence. They gave me plenty of time and helped us choose a really lovely diamond necklace for me and ensured I was getting what I really liked and was given helpful advice. Nothing was too much trouble and they were not pushy at all. I will be returning next week to look at the matching earrings :-)

Although I live in Guildford I’ve never been into Whibleys before . In the window I saw an amazing amethyst gold ring . I went in & was greeted by Roger who was an absolute joy , he went that extra mile showing my husband who was outside ( he has rather large wheelchair ) I bought the ring & a week later after resizing I collected Roger again was a joy a terrific sense of humour & amazing knowledge of gems . I have since returned for a valuation & although Roger was out 😞 Karen & John were fantastic. I absolutely love this jewellery’s . FIRST CLASS STAFF AT GUILDFORD

Went to the Guildford branch/shop for an engagement ring with my partner. They were brilliant at explaining the challenges posed by my partner’s request for aquamarine. As a result we chose a modified style to provide security to the stone. Customer service was exceptional every step of the way, and the ring was ready so much earlier than predicted. The ring is incredible, and I cannot wait to go back for the wedding bands. Thank you so much!

A truly fantastic experience buying our wedding bands from Whibley’s. A bespoke ring was designed and made to the highest of standards to fit around my unique engagement ring. All ideas and changes were taken on board and altered accordingly before going into production - this was actually quicker than I had expected and my ring returned as soon as designs had been confirmed. Would highly recommend Whibley’s for all your jewellery needs.

I visited Whibleys for advice regarding the value of some small items of jewellery. Despite the fact that none of the them turned out to be of great value, Paul and Karen spent time patiently examining them and giving me some really good information.

Amazing customer service. My husband brought me a bracelet for my birthday that was too small. He went back to the store to exchange but they didn't have anything in stock that was suitable for me. One of the lovely staff called Fleur spoke to me over the phone to see what style I like. Within 2 days she sent me photos of what she had found & even with my vague description had got my taste 100% spot on. It had to be ordered to size but she had managed to get it made within 2 days. Which was amazing. She & all the staff are extremely friendly, professional & personable. The best customer service I have received for a long. Well done whibleys & especially Fleur. You have one very happy customer.

My wife and I have bought jewelleries several times at Whibleys and we have always received an outstanding service and a fair price.

After moving back to Copenhagen from London we had some jewelleries stolen but Jack from Whibleys was amazing in helping us having them replaced.

This summer we are going back to London for vacation and once again we have placed an order at Whibleys.

My wife wanted a very unique engagement ring.

Whibleys Guildford helped source the gemstone which was just beautiful and perfect. A set of amazing 3D images of the ring were made and, after my wife admitted to having trouble visualising how the ring would look, Jon at Guildford went over and above to help my wife see for herself how the ring would sit on her finger (using blu-tac - genius) before it was sent to the workshop for manufacture.

We were so happy with the service and incredibly pleased with the finished piece. My wife gets compliments all the time.

Whibleys have also been fantastic with their aftercare service and we often go back into the Guildford branch to get the ring checked and cleaned. All staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and competent.

A solution to a problem
I came into the shop with a problem regarding earrings that required a specific backing to enhance their appearance and keep them safely in place. I received very good attention and suggestions and a solution. I came out a happy customer.

I went in looking for an engagement ring with very specific requirements and a short timeframe. Roger, one of the Whibleys team, provided me with excellent customer service using his knowledge of diamonds and precious metals to guide me. I had a ring forged by their London workshop and was kept informed of the progress throughout; I am very happy with the final product. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this jewellers for their customer care and professionalism.
