Home purchased in Dublin

We recently bought an apartment in Dublin, and Which Mortgage supported us throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and guide us at every step.

We worked closely with Charlotte Toleman, who was fantastic—responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Even when she was out of the office, another team member was always available to assist us.

The whole team at Which Mortgage is friendly, supportive, and truly client-focused. We’ve already recommended them to several friends and will happily continue to do so!

We highly recommend WhichMortgage

We highly recommend WhichMortgage. We just bought a house on Dec 2025 thanks to their support in securing a competition mortgage. Our mortgage advisor Charlotte Toleman was very helpful, experienced and nice to deal with. We managed to get the mortgage and buy the house in leas than 2 months after overall. Thanks to Charlotte and the rest of the team’s quickness replying, following up on things and contact with the bank.

Whenever Charlotte was engaged or on leave, someone else followed up on the queries for us.

Another highlight, their online platform is easy to use and you can upload all documents there plus receive all communications etc.

Charlotte made our experience with whichmortgage incredible. We can’t say enough about how helpful Charlotte was with everything and in such timely manner. Her communication was excellent. Everything was done flawlessly and on time to not delay anything around our mortgage drawdown. Would really recommend whichmortgage.

Be patient, the banks are very particular and in no hurry to commit. Trust Which to work on you behalf, they have the contacts and understand the process.

Which were thorough in their approach because they have to be. The Banks can be difficult and only respect their own deadlines. Which keep us fully up to speed with requirements etc. They delivered! Thanks.
