Whipd? Conned more like
The item supplied, "the gloss finish alfa romeo" sign and emblem are actually a flat finish, badly cut piece of plastic. Rough edges all around. The letters are supplied seperately and not as solid joined words (as shown on their website) and the finish is as far from advertised, as you can possibly get. I sent them pictures of the items I received and their own pictures from their website. I did receive a response to my complaint which was "We had to change the material a couple of weeks ago due to supply and machine issues. We have not got around to changing all of the listings yet." So they still take your money even though they know they are falsely advertising! I tried again to get some sort of resolution but having been told by "Dan" that "I have flagged this for my wife to look into." (what??!!)I heard nothing more. So if you want to shell out GBP150.00 for a bit of ropey old plastic that you could better cut out yourself then go ahead. But if I were you, I'd keep the money in your pocket because you won't get it back from CONND, I mean WHIPD. So much for their 100% money back guarantee. Never mind their complete disregard for trading standards!
