We love this company. We have been able to try so many new toys, some educational, some just fun and swap for more all the time. No waste, no fuss. Their customer service is second to none and I would recommend them to everyone.

We love Whirli! It gives us the chance to choose and try out a range of age appropriate toys, returning those our daughter doesn’t love. When she outgrows or gets bored, we swap them. Hassle free and saves so much space and money!

What a great service! We've been using Whirli for 6 months now. Website is fast and easy, we can choose the toys we want and have always received them before the estimated delivery date. The toys are always in great condition and there's always new ones to order. No need to print labels for returns, and you can order new ones before they've received the old ones back so there is no play downtime. I also wrote in with a question once and got a reply in a matter of hours. Love it.

Really easy to borrow and return and you don't have to wait for them to receive your package before you borrow more. It's been great for my little one to try out new toys without needing to spend all the money on toys which are not played with. They also come in a drawstring bag to make it easy to tidy away.

My daughter uses Whirli and recommended them to me. I am extremely impressed with the company. They respond very quickly to any queries, the toys arrive quickly and packaged very well. The online ordering system is very easy to use, with so many toys to choose from. My granddaughter loves coming to my house to play with the toys, they are good quality, exceptionally clean and reusing toys is of course better for the environment!

Our latest swap helped console my 3yr old grandson who’s Mummy & Daddy we’re in hospital with their newly born baby. We were unable to visit on the maternity ward and choosing some new toys was a great distraction! He was cheered looking forward to his next box of toys and very happy opening the parcel a few days later

Such a great idea. It has been brilliant for us to allow our daughter to have a wide variety of toys without having to store them when she is no longer interested in them. It is also a way of trialling the more expensive ones that would last a few years to see if she is interested in them rather than spending a load of money on something that never gets played with. Would definitely recommend!

Signed up after being recommended by a friend. So far I am loving this! My wee boy didn't like a couple of the toys that we bought and I love that I had the option to send them back! Love the green aspect to this too.

An endless supply of toys you can send back as soon as the children get bored of them. Wonderful!

Fantastic! Clean toys and a massive selection! Great customer service and the whole idea is just fantastic. Not worrying about clutter growing and being able to choose age appropriate toys when ever we want to!
Only negative is having to pay for returning when you already pay monthly and postage each time. It can make the swap feel expensive :(

Such a great idea, has saved us money and has been great for toy waste! We have used Whirli for 4 months and have had different toys delivered very regularly - all very clean and in amazing condition. My son gets so excited each time he gets new toys! Also great for trialing out toys and seeing which bits my toddler and baby enjoy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is unsure whether or not to try Whirli!

Used whirli for 6 months now cancelled.
Toys are always in really bad condition. I am in no way a perfectionist. For example, I ordered a PJ masks HQ toy. All the characters, the add ons we’re missing and one part was half snapped off. Aqua doodle mat half of it was damaged so only half could be used and was fraying. Train track toy - half the pieces missing so couldn’t even be connected and played with. If you’re expecting to be able to use toys, don’t bother. Worst part is you have to pay the rrp price if you want to purchase them.

I saw this as a cheaper alternative to buying new toys however you have to pay a certain amount of months subscription before you can order more than 2 small toys. Also have to pay for every delivery, which for £30 a month I would of thought would be included.

Just download a second hand stuff app and buy toys then sell them when finished and get your money back. You still have to pay for deliveries with Whirli, you just won’t have to pay the £30 a month service fee if you do it this way

This toy subscription service is great for trying lots of different toys and minimising waste and clutter in your home. The toys are in excellent condition and are sent to you very quickly after you request them. Our little one is always excited to play with the new arrivals!

I absolutely love this! I got a membership for my grandson and we swapped for the first time this week. He is 14 months old and was really engaged with opening the box. He needed help opening the lovely drawstring bag that his new toys were safely tucked into. How exciting for him! He played with the first one - a hoover - for ages so I know we’ll be keeping that until he grows out of it. The beauty of this is, if a child doesn’t get play value from a toy, you can send it back as soon as you like and try another. My house will not be cluttered with too many toys or ones that he has got bored with or grown out of. It’s an ingenious idea. Thank you Whirli for your great service. It’s incredibly easy to send toys back - just keep the box they came in, use the provided tape and returns label, and take to a post office, then wait for the new toys to arrive. The app on my phone is easy to navigate too.

This is a great way to swap toys when my child gets bored of them without throwing away. Only downside is it makes out as if the pre paid returns label makes returns free, when they are not.

I wanted to swap some toys we had for new ones, more appropriate for the phase my baby daughter is entering. I was able to choose most of what I wanted and place a waitlist request on a final one. As always, both ordering and returning were simple due to the prepaid labels and tape sent, the company’s willingness to accept reused packaging and the fact that I could wait to return toys until the new ones had arrived. My waitlist item became available the day after I placed the first order - slightly annoying as I had to pay separate postage again and I had to wait 72 hours for the first order to process. The customer service chat explained this swiftly, but was unable to change this procedure - this is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Great service so far. Great toys, arrived quickly. Website could be better.
