We started using Whirli when our boy was about 1 years old and a year on, he still loves it. He now thinks all delivery boxes are his toys. We like the variety and how good quality the toys come. Love how we can send toys back in our time frame instead of rushing to send it back when he still enjoys the toy. Recommend it 100%

Everything is great, but the website is a bit slow. Also, when I click on an item to view its description and then return to the main page, all the filters I previously selected are gone.

What a great idea. Children get bored of toys so quickly and we were able to send back and get different toys whenever we wanted.
We used for Christmas presents for our children, then when they weren't playing with them any more we swapped for different toys. Was especially brilliant for Tonies characters as they can cost a fortune brand new!
Their customer service is also 10/10 couldn't be more helpful.

I love the idea of this and it should work really well but the website is so irritating to use. It’s not optimised for mobile (or much better on desktop), when you add filters and then view an item and want to go back to the list of result, the filters are cleared. When searching for something, you can’t click through to view it. It’s a pricey service anyway but adding postage on top means it’s a lot! Wish I loved this more but I won’t be renewing when our subscription runs out unfortunately.

Started using Whirli when my daughter was 6 months old and absolutely love it. It’s just perfect for parents who want their kids to experience different toys and don’t want to constantly buy and give away toys. Their customer service has been exceptional too. Very responsive and accommodating.

It’s great for my child to try lots of different toys without having to buy them. Sometimes we keep them for a few months and sometimes we even buy. Mostly however my daughter enjoys playing for a few weeks before returning and trying something new. Would have given 5 stars but some improvements are required on the search facilities of their website.

Brilliant customer service on the rare occasion we've needed to contact them. Such a good range of toys and I love knowing if my son doesn't take to something as I expected, there is no waste - it just goes back and we try something else. Now I've got two children I'm renting some bits for the second time too, with no need to store them in between.

I have cancelled my subscription due to a change in my financial circumstances. The team at whirling were extremely quick to respond to my message (within 10 minutes). I appreciated this so much as it limited my stress to the bare minimum. Thank you so much, this is such a good service.

great concept of toys. ive been using whirli for over a year now. i like the concept of owning less toys and whirli suits our needs. children can be easily bored of their toys and they end up clutter the house so much. my child also loves it whenever a whirli toy box arrives, hes so excited its like christmas every few weeks for him.

What an amazing concept and very well executed. We’ve been using Whirli now for just over 3 months and the process has been so seamless. The toys we received were in great working condition and when the kids got bored of them, we simply arranged a swap on the website. What’s even better is they’ll send the new toys to you even before they’ve received the returned toys! It really is like giving your kids new toys but without the wastage in money and a more eco-friendly option!

I don't know why everyone doesn't do Whirli. It really is the gift that keeps on giving. Our boys adore when the Whirli box arrives from the postman. We get a subscription for their birthdays and then weap up toys from the library. It's great!

Have been really unhappy with Whirli. We were bought the subscription as a gift last Christmas. But when we tried to cancel it we were told we would have to buy the toys as we had had them less then 12 months (so we ended up paying for our present) but after that there was no way to cancel it as they said it takes two weeks to process buying the toys. They then auto renewed the subscription and billed to the person who gifted it to us last time which was embarrassing. They then told us they don’t give refunds for subscriptions, even within the normal 14 day cooling off period which seems unlawful.
Poor customer service and no telephone number to call and limited range of toys. Definitely not worth the hassle, I would avoid at all costs.
Update - They have now agreed to refund the subscription but very unwillingly. As their model requires continual interactions with customer service when exchanging toys and customer service is so poor I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Such an amazing idea. It was quick and so easy to use. My little one loved getting new toys and then once she had lost interest we just changed them.
The toys are clean and in great condition.
