So our dishwasher was purchased 8 months back and just before one year it stopped working...we have been after this company since last two months ...even technician doesn't know the real problem and it's been more than a two months we are just following up for our dishwasher...I wouldn't recommend anybody to take any appliances of whirlpool company ..it's the worst and even the service is more than worst...I am really fed up with all the calls and emails but of no use

We bought a Whirlpool dishwasher in August, and it has barely worked since installation. Two technicians have already visited, and each time they say another part needs to be ordered. We’ve been waiting for weeks without a working appliance. When I called customer support, they were unhelpful and dismissive, saying we just have to keep waiting for new parts — with no real solution offered.

Very disappointing experience, we expected much more from Whirlpool’s service and product reliability.

Ineffective customer service. Not able to give a deadline on a reparation. Everytime you call they give different information and still, after 2 weeks , no idea when the technician will come for the reparation of the fridge.

I have purchased a fridge, no frost model Whirlpool COMBI WHIRLPO.355LK.NF.6º-WHK25404XP8E for 900 euro on 13.06 this year. The objective was to upgrade my life level. The result: I got a product which is times worse than my old fridge for 300 euro. It licks, the water is everywhere till it drops on the floor. After booking a tech inspection, which took place in August, they told me that the fridge was "built/ installed in a wrong way at Whirlpool fabric, and that there is NO SYSTEM of drainage and all the water just goes inside to the fridge ".
But the worst for me isn't that, the worst is the level of the service that I needed to call several times (each 20min to manage speak to operator), in order to hear that they actually do something about it.
No reply after the inspection, no email, nothing.
Now, its has been more than two weeks since the technician was at my place. I have no news whatsoever.

If you want to purchase something expensive and not functioning, that may spoil your floor and damage your house - you may use this company products with their post purchase service.

I am waiting compensation and resolution. But the whole experience is a nightmare sincerely, its already being several months with no further steps to solve the problem.

Jokers. Completely ineffective. Look at their review ratings on Trustpilot and Google. That says it all!
