This product is absolutely awful hugely overpriced. I can go and buy an actual plug-in one for the same kind of money. This doesn’t do very much and it’s dreadful. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money.

There was a little crack in the glass but the company replies really quick and tries to find a solution after only 1 day they have send me a new glass part.

I purchase 12 whisky stones and receive…
I purchase 12 whisky stones and receive only 9. After many message with the chat and sending proof (the website inform 12, the confirmation order is for 12), they said that I receive what I ordered and don't respond anymore. It is not professional and commercial. I check on their site how to resend product but the FAQ doesn't work so it is impossible to do it.
It was a test before purchasing other stuff from their site but this experience stop me from doing it.
