Shocking product and Shocking after sales service...

Bought the most beautiful glassware! Such unique items! I will happily buy something again!

Already wrote many reviews that this flute is not what I was offered to buy.
It is not crystal.it is a thick and ugly glass

Tried to return a whiskey glasses which were much smaller then displayed in pictures and never received the refund. It’s been over 4 months now. Customer support keeps lying that will get that sorted in 24 hours, but never happened. This is scammers company. DON’T BUY!!!

Ordered two beautiful champagne glasses. Shipping took some time, one glass wobbles as it’s not flat. Since the glasses are tall and narrow this is an issue. Contacted the company and got no response.

Very bad service, late or No answers. Scam people, stole my money!

I ordered four champagne flutes and as I was completing the order, a whiskey decanter with a similar price got added to the order. So I got double charged. I wrote the company within three minutes but they said it was too late. I returned the decanter but never got my money back. I don't even like the flutes. They look great in the photos but in real life the base is too narrow so they fall over with the slightest breeze or vibration. I don't recommend this company or its products. If you need a bad experience, this is the place.

My order was heartbreaking, as it was a special birthday present. It was broken. I sent an email but have had no reply for weeks

The glasses & customer service were excellent. Be aware that shipping times are quite long. It took 3.5 weeks for the glasses to arrive as they are shipped from Asia. So make sure you plan your order accordingly especially if this is a gift.

Had some shipping problems and glasses arrived broken. But were replaced without problem.

They need to review their packaging method. Other than that, product were beautiful.

We have had the best service ever, we have purchased two whiskey decanters, one was broken in transit, it was replaced immediately, then a stopper was misplaced which was also replaced straight away.
Our Customer Service person was Shaini Jayasinghe, she is the best, excellent customer service skills and communication, she is an absolute credit to this company and we would purchase from this company anytime.

Very disappointing...I placed an order.. paid for priority handling...and express shipping...which mention 5 to 10 days delivery.....almost 10 days passed and despite several e mails to them...got one reply that said they were checking .....apparently shipped after 11 days and that too...tracking g is unclear as it just mentions that courier has received information......further the website has NO contact numbers......I now sit and hope that the items I ordered are actually shipped...and if they are the quality is what they say it is.....although am not holding my breath on it.........

Whiskira can be proud of it customer service officers, their interactions and dedication towards customers are a real strength.
The quality of the product are fantastic as well.
Do not change !

Although the product at first was delayed then stopped (not by the supplier), a second order was sent out and unfortunately there was damage to the decanter. Whiskira was marvellous and once again sent out a replacement at no cost to me.The wait was well worth it, the decanter is truly beautiful. Thankyou Whiskira for all your time and effort. Especially Shaini.

Fantastic glasses. Slightly delayed and a split order but understandable in these times. Classy product and feels lovely in your hand.

i AM SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED THAT 2 GLASSES CAME DAMAGED.
THEY ALSO APPEAR TO HAVE HAD PRICE STICKERS ON THEM WHICH HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY CLEANED OFF.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT GLASSES TO DATE!

I have ordered 12 flutes since November for Christmas gifts and have not received anything yet. The money has been withdrawn from my credit card. I have had more than 12 exchanges with the customer service and until today I have only courteous letters and false promises! Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to buy this product online!

We saw the ad for the glass tumblers on Facebook and weren't sure if we should proceed to purchase them as some of the ads seem quite risky . But we like the 4 tumblers displayed so much , we took the chance and the fact we could pay thru PayPal we felt secure . We are so glad we did , as the 4 tumblers are absolutely beautiful ! The artistry of the glasses is amazing . They look great in our wall curio , we are so pleased we ordered them . Thanks

I’m giving my review four stars because the customer service i received was excellent. The reason I needed to deal with customer service was due to my package being left at the bottom of my stairs instead of at my door and the globe decanter was broken when it was delivered. I’m assuming both instances were solely the fault of the delivery company. When I contacted customer service on Xmas eve I received a response almost immediately. My issue was resolved before the holidays were over. I was sent a replacement globe decanter. It came in good time and was intact. The second delivery came via a different company. I purchased the globe decanter with three spinning glasses. Now that the set is complete my husband loves it. It was just a little inconvenience for me because Shaini in customer service made the process easy and she was excellent to deal with. I will purchase again for my husband, and others.
