I emailed them to ask where my order was I am in Australia it was sent on 22 August it is now 30 September . The tracking number whoever the carrier is who has the parcel keeps saying it has been to Australia Post in different parts of Australia the tracking number says not valid. I emailed asking where my parcel was they replied then when I email again then ignored me . I feel like this company is a scam . Do not trust them or buy from them
STAY AWAY, over 44 days still no delivery. Emailed numerous times keep sending same useless message. Now don't even reply. Give so called tracking info doubt if its even legit as contacted our postal service & cant even find anything domestic /international.
Scam company do not use. Does not deliver purchased items. Should be banned from all retail sites.
I would never buy from this company , I brought an item and it was never delivered. I tried to get in touch with this company and all they said was you speak to the courier? However you couldn’t contact the courier. They were not interested they informed me my contract was with the courier company and they weren’t interested at all and lost my money, appalling Service and never even received an item and would not even refund my money or ship another item out. They are now not even responding to emails.
