If I could give it stars I would.
I ordered a coat from the Whistler boutique and it arrived, but it did not look as nice as what it did in the picture and it did not meet the standards that I needed so I returned it, but it would have cost me the price of the cost to send a track it back with a tracking number so I just sent it back to China, which to me was surprising cause I thought it was coming from Whistler and it cost me $30 and it was January 17 that I sent it and now it is March 19th and I still have not received a refund. I contacted the person responsible and they said they would let me know when it arrived. I can’t imagine that it would take more than two months to arrive back when it was sent back two months ago, I do not trust this company for honesty.
Customer service is not what it should be.

Don’t be fooled like I was and several others. Scam store, website supposedly down for maintenance and clothing quality very very poor. The return address was from Canada but the country they want you to send your return to is China. Lesson learned read the return policy and stick with stores you know.

Don't get sucked in by the pretty pictures. Do your homework. Read their "About Us" web page where they have two more different names. One is now shut down, and the other has a poor rating. Read the reviews! Seems they can't even keep all their names straight.
Don't be fooled and lose your money!
