I bought jewellery when I was visiting the lovely Whitby. Unfortunately I lost the earrings so these were bought as replacements. Jewellery is beautiful and the service was fab. Delivery was the fastest I've ever know.

I contacted Whitby Jet as my bracelet had broken and as this was a holiday gift that I’d only had a few months, I wanted it repairing.
Within less than a week, my bracelet was returned, good as new, at no cost to myself. The communication was great so although this could have been a negative experience, it really wasn’t. I am so pleased with the service, as well as the bracelet.

Jewellery was packaged up securely and in lovely presentation boxes. It also arrived in a timely manner.

I was looking for a silver mounted jet pendant and found exactly what I was looking for!

The quality of the items are a warranty. The staff kindly send a notification when the product is delivery. The only particular issue is the time of the delivery between Italy and Uk, which is too long, thirteen days just from the product leaves Uk. I bought the item on 26th Dec. and received it on 13rd Jan. So, if you want to buy something you have to take in consideration the time of delivery.
I love this jewellery, they are beautiful.

My partner lost her pendant from the original chain I got her a good few years ago.. and Derek went above and beyond in helping find a replacement pendant that would match original chain... he was always incontact...
