Friendly, knowledgable service and a fantastic range of quality products. I left with a beautiful new pair of ski trousers and two great mid layer tops. Previously bought some fabulous ski gear for my eight year old. The advice is sensible, the people are lovely and they even have a very friendly store dog! Highly recommended

Bought an item from this company for a Christmas present and it didn't fit the recipient very well. Exchanging for a larger size not an option as that would have been to big. White Stone will only give a credit note which I don't find acceptable as there's nothing on their site that I would want to buy and if there was it would mean adding at least a couple of hundred pounds to the £115 credit note.
I wouldn't use this company.

Brilliant, brilliant company.
I am a customer in the past. Their customer service is exemplary. Although not bought anything recently they have been helping me with a query about an overseas website.
Can’t tell you how wonderful it is to deal with a professional company with real customer led service.

Contacted them a few times and received great advice. Placed my order and delivery was quick too.

I ordered £350 ski pants and the zip is not locking - even the cheapest jeans have locking zips- it’s a zip standard. Unfortunately found this out on my long ski trip where my expensive pants disgraced and exposed me.

When I got back I complained about this and requested a solution- company refuses any refund/exchange/help telling me it’s personal preference of whether my zip stays up so they will do nothing.

Complete waste of money and dissapointing « customer service ».

I ordered a lot of items from this company and some child’s ski goggles arrived scratched and damaged. I contacted the company for a refund but they said that when they put the goggles in the box they were fine & they will not refund or replace. I personally will not order from this company again and take the risk of not being able to return items which are damaged before I’ve even received them.

I have only ordered from this company once but I must say I found their customer service excellent. Quick response & extremely helpful. I checked Trust Pilot before ordering from them & was a bit wary as there were no reviews but I'd order from them again with confidence. A good bit cheaper than from other websites too.
