Both teams for packing in Okehampton and unpacking in Elgin,were amazing. So tidy, organised, friendly and speedy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Whites for taking the stress out of a hectic time. So professional.

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my move was perfect. They were incredibly helpful and eager to assist.

The 3 staff Dave, Darren and Alan were brilliant and friendly. It was just me and my dog and they were really good with her, she got some good exercise running around after them! They were super quick, efficient and professional and just really nice people to move our stuff. They had packed everything so well and carefully and let us know if there was anything that we should be particularly mindful of when opening. When it came to us unpacking, they had labelled everything so well it made our lives much easier and they were really helpful and checked where we wanted stuff moving into which room etc. Fantastic service and fantastic staff members that are a credit to the company, highly recommend.

Dave & Alan were excellent they were brilliant in every way they were very efficient, polite, good humoured. When on the second day Luke and Paul came to give them a hand they all were hard workers.So our thanks go to the four deciples as we called them ….

The estimate was for a 7 ton truck. It turned out this was over the top by about 30%. The charges were £900 and we asked for a refund. They paid us £70. We said we were looking for about £200 but there were no further negotiations, they simply ignored us. That was 3 weeks ago. The guys who did the work were very good, no problems with them. But if that's how the office does business, they get one start from us.

Very friendly and efficient service packing and moving us. Made the process smooth and stress free. Only one criticism is unnecessary amount of packaging used inside the boxes.

From start to finish, our experience of working with White & Company for our move from Cornwall to Durham County was exemplary.

The initial visit to our home and quotation for the move was very reassuring. The gentleman that came to see us was very knowledge and easy to talk to about every aspect of the move. Out of the companies we spoke to White & Company were the most thorough and professional. There follow up was just as good.

We had a fantastic team for the move, which was carried out over a number or days due to the 400 mile distance between houses. We had continuity of staff with those packing up and loading the lorry also being the same people who unloaded at our new home. Lewis, Al and Nick were the best and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the move. Their attitude and approach definitely kept our stress levels to a minimum and ulitmately we really enjoyed working with those guys. We'd definitely recommend the packing service too.

From the initial appointment with Craig through to the delivery on completion day everything ran smoothly. The loaders that helped out on the day from Waltham Abbey branch were very helpful, polite and got the job done quickly taking great care with our items whilst loading onto the lorry. The driver and loader who then drove our items were from the Plymouth Branch and they were exceptional so it's a Big thank you to both Dan Skinner and Darren Phillips for being so efficient and ensuring we had a bed to sleep on that night . They unloaded everything into all the correct rooms and nothing was damaged

Jordan and Nick made the day by being so efficient and hard working. They worked tirelessly. Packing boxes and loading into containers for storage. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Moving home with packing included. Our move was over three days, the first day and a half was packing and loading the van - this was efficiently managed, the packers were helpful and friendly, they packed with care. Unpacking at the other end on day 3 was done extremely well, the guys worked very hard indeed, and at the end of the day asked, 'Is there any more we can do to help?' They were fantastic.
