What a brilliant company. Right from the start of the process Emma has been fantastic. Her emails to me told me all I need, and her communications coped with my questions which were probably so easy for her but I had no idea.
On moving day the gentlemen arrived and were excellent. James, Craig and another gentleman took care as they moved everything from my old house. They took some other stuff I thought I would need to move. They put all my boxes, cupboards etc in the right areas.
If you want a caring company go there.

The team we had (Phil, Lucas, Chris and Jo) were polite, efficient and thoughtful. We had a full pack and they did an amazing job. Our move was over 3 days and they made sure we had everything we needed to function on each day and everything arrived as expected. We have used this company several times before and they again provided the great level of service we have come to expect.

The service was great nothing was too much trouble.
The office staff and delivery men were very helpful and friendly. We would use again and have no hesitation in recommending your services.

Hard working teams at both end of the moving. Good communication and very professional. All my things were looked after and wrapped well. Second time I have used them. Very flexable and accomodating. Would recoomend them to others.

I'm glad we chose the packing service. The removers arrived on Friday as scheduled and started to pack and load the lorry. They worked hard, were polite and friendly. By leaving the kitchen to last, they left us with adequate equipment for the weekend. We agreed they would complete the loading on Monday so we were able to begin our journey Monday evening with a pre planned hotel stop.
The removers arrived at our new house on Wednesday and did a sterling job unloading. It was really helpful to have the removers disassemble and the re-assemble some items of furniture like a bed and a desk.

We looked at a number of Movers and are delighted that we chose White & Company (Portsmouth). Lucy inspired us with confidence when she did the initial survey, Emma kept us informed throughout the process and our main moving team, Phil and Lucas (ably supported by Reese at our new address), were just amazing.

The effort and care that the moving team put into packing up our old home and moving us into the new one was fantastic, and they did it with friendliness and professionalism.

We would fully recommend White & Company based on our experience, and are incredibly grateful to the team involved for making a quite stressful time relatively stress free.

Darren and Craig made our move feel incredibly stress free. They were punctual with a very positive attitude all the way through. They were very friendly, funny, and made sure to put any of our worries at ease. We had lots of extremely heavy furniture and I could see they worked incredibly hard to make sure the moving of these was done quickly and none of our property was damaged in the process. Craig and Darren are incredibly hard workers and I'm very glad we had them looking after our move for us.

The 2 gentleman who moved me were excellent. Curious, polite, friendly and very helpful.

White and Company moved my household effects recently from Hampshire to South West France. My belongings were expertly packed over a couple of days by Joe and Aidan. Everything was so well wrapped and packed and there were no breakages! A few days later my household effects were delivered by James and Russell who, after a very long drive from the ferry port put in a full day of unloading my things. I would have no hesitation in recommending White and Company for removals, the quoted price for my move was very competitive, my questions were answered promptly and efficiently by Emma and the service was far above my expectations.

The four removal men Lucas, Nigel, Reese, and Molli, were cheerful courteous, extremely helpful and exceptionally efficient in loading all our belongings amassed over 44 years, so lots of stuff, and delivering to our new address the following day with the same cheerful and efficient attitude. I would recommend White & Co for cost efficiency and quality of service

We have used Whites twice before and didn’t even bother getting quotes from other companies as knew we could rely on them for our recent move and we weren’t disappointed! They are a great company to deal with from getting the quote, having a removals coordinator and the benefit of several people to help during the actual move.

The team, starting with the office were polite and flexible. The packing team were friendly and efficient, lead by Chris, Dave , Calum , Phil and colleagues.
After a long drive , Phil and his colleague spent days unpacking in a cheerful helpful fashion, in difficult circumstances ie steep drive , wet, leaf cover.
I would recommend this company.

Whites kept strictly to the agreed time schedule
Both the removal coordinator Emma and the removal operatives at both ends were extremely helpful.
All items arrived at the destination intact and those
requiring a transit covering eg. the mattress were duly covered. Both removal and delivery were speedily carried out.

The two gentlemen were very absolutely 💯 brilliant nothing was to much,having worked in the industry many years ago it’s nice to see that there standers are still very much antive

I would not recommend this company. The service was amateurish, not the professional service we paid for. In their rush and haphazard packing, they forgot the summer house and wasted an hour repacking. This then led them to empty the lorry into the garage only on the first delivery day. Boxes were packed on top of fragile items. Many items were damaged or scratched. There’s been no response from the company only £50 less £50 admin fee offered from their insurance company. They do not pay out based on replacement value, but what they think is the replacement cost second hand. There are far better removal companies out there. Paid additional for plant removal and plants were lifted by the stem damaging them. Paintings scratched, lawnmower cables split, ice cream maker broken, marks on the ceiling etc.. I can provide lots of photographic evidence if needed.
