Fantastic quick communication from quotation to removal, great advice for our long distance move from Hampshire to North Wales. A brilliant removal team, kind and endlessly patient with moving certain items into local storage in wales and changes in what furniture went where. Coped with our crazy amount of garden pots, tools and husbands heavy engineering tools in a cheerful manner! Can’t rate them highly enough. So great after stressful year long conveyancing to have such kind and patient and highly professional team take the worry out of our move. Highly recommend, you will be in safe hands.

We used Whites for a recent move from Shropshire to Oxfordshire and received excellent service. Dave P, Dan and Adam G were our movers and they were very professional, knowledgeable and really seemed to care that we had a good experience. I was very pleased with the service this company gave to me. The 3 men who moved my household goods were excellent, very helpful and polite, also very friendly. As an old aged pensioner I needed help and they certainly did that.

Al and Rupert packed our belongings up for an overseas shipment this week and they made it a completely painless experience.
They turned up on time and were friendly, professional and courteous. They were very thorough in listening and understanding when we explained which items were to be shipped and which were to stay.
They put protective floor coverings down when in and out of our house to keep the carpets clean and we were amazed at how quickly they got the job done … and to a great standard!

The packers arrived on time and did an excellent job with the packing. They took great care of my posessions and asked questions if they were not sure about something, keeping me in the loop at all times. They packed the whole place in about 4 hours even though they had to disassemble items like wardrobes and beds.

My destination was 5 hours away so they arrived the next day and at the time stated. The lane was not suitable for a long vehicle so they had to transfer my goods to a smaller vehicle to get them to me. The weather was not brilliant but they worked hard and got everything sorted. They reassembled the furniture and made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left. An excellent job all round.

Had to chase when boxes did not arrive as promised. Had to chase twice to get boxes delivered in uk. Otherwise cheerful crew and everything as expected

White & Company London Branch moved us into our new home in Deal on 26th May 2026.
The crew were Henry and Leon. They were outstanding - very helpful , good natured, highly competent and efficient. They made what could have been a highly stressful experience very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly the moving team who packed and delivered our furniture were excellent. Very friendly helpful and hardworking. Delivery timescales were amazing and exceeded expectations. 5 stars for this team.

Negative feedback is around clarity of the quotation methodology. It was originally explained that the quote is based on volume however when the move changed from shared to direct the pricing shifted to being based on crew and trailer costs. This wasn’t clearly communicated at the time resulting in us reducing the number of items to remain within the original understood volume.

Insurance clarity, there was insufficient transparency regarding the insurance cover included as standard and the necessity for the marine cover. At the time of signing I was not aware that the standard insurance provides cover of only £35 per item/box. This level of coverage in my view is not practical for example a TV would be insured for £35, effectively making additional marine insurance essential. Consequently I incurred an unexpected cost of circa £1000 late in the process for the enhanced cover.
I chose white and company based on an expectation of clarity and trust, which in this instance was not met.

I did reach out to the office prior to this review to seek clarification however the response regarding insurance was limited to stating that the details were included in the terms and conditions, which I did not find constructive.

The office team did arrange repair to the damage caused to our floor during the removal process quickly and to a high standard.

Truly excellent from start to finish. Our move from Albrighton to Carterton was in three days of blazing heat.Mark, Dylan,Adam,Jack, Dan and Jordan were fantastic. Professional and courteous throughout and really took care of our belongings.

Adam and Jordon from the Telford branch arrived down the small country lane in France to unloaded on what was an unseasonably hot 35c in late May. They worked for 2 days to get the truck&trailer unloaded and into the house efficiently and with good humour. Adam’s skill navigating the narrow roads was something to behold. They were super in getting things in the right places and were extra careful carrying heavy and bulky items up the stairs. Thanks Adam and Jordon!

Callum and Franci from the London branch were brilliant moving our stuff out of the house. They were friendly and professional, and the job was done very efficiently. Would definitely recommend!
