Freya at White and Sons made our rental process as tenants very smooth - really responsive and very nice to deal with. Would recommend white & sons for rental.

White and sons manages out building and I personally had a couple of important issues.
The person responsible for our building, helped me quickly and efficiently through the process and helped to sort out the issues in no time.
I would recommend it

The Guys were supportive as we were selling our parents house, took us through all the random questions we threw at them at our speed. We got to a position of several offers, together we found the best buyer. We highly recommend The Team.

They responded to the web request quickly and arranged the viewing as per our request. Also arranged another property viewing 1/2 hour later.
I am happy with their service and highly recommended.

We asked White & Sons to provide a house valuation and also allow us to view a property we were interested in. They were very quick to provide all information required and answer any questions we had with clarity and a kind, professional manner. They sent a message of when our valuation and our viewing was and also followed up with a call a couple of hours before which was very efficient. Whilst we have decided not to pursue things any further this time around I would definitely use them again in the future, when the time is right. White & Sons went above and beyond my expectations and their customer services was faultless!

He was professional, friendly and efficient at all times even when the road was bumpy! There were a couple of complications with selling my leasehold property which caused delays but he always kept me fully informed and was extremely patient and understanding with my frustration! Over the years Keith has helped me with property transactions and letting an investment property - always going above and beyond what can be expected of an agent in a totally professional way. Both Megan and Freya have been conspicuous in their efficient and competent handling of the let. The service has been personal - I deal with humans not software - and both friendly and proactive. The service provided has impressed me and I thoroughly recommend the firm.

She really helped to put my elderly parents at ease and understood the emotional sensitivity of the move they are currently contemplating. She was very knowledgeable about each property and if there was a questions she didn't know the answer to she has since found out and emailed us.
