Horrible Customer Service

I was a bit put off by the bad reviews initially but thought I give it a try. Received a board and some markers, they were very disappointing from a quality perspective so I send them back not thinking of anything. Boy was I in for a surprise, what feels like a customer service scam. Customer Service, if you are lucky, if replying, is very, very unfriendly (assume part of the strategy), refusing a refund based on a string of textbook excuses. Even with proof of delivery from the carrier at their facilities with signature, they still refuse to refund.
It is very much inline with other reviews found on the internet and seems to be part of their business strategy. I hope this review safes someone else the trouble with this company!
