I placed an order a couple of days ago, in which around an hour after ordering I changed my mind as I saw that I can get clothes from elsewhere for a lot cheaper (I paid near enough £70 for two tops….SHEIN quality and clearly from China). I emailed their customer service literally an hour after placing my order to be met with an AI chat bot, which is really poor with dealing with basic requests. Then I finally ended up receiving a response a couple of hours later to be told that my order can’t just be cancelled and that I’ll have to wait for it to go through processing and delivering instead of just cutting the hassle and cancelling my order as I had requested literally an hour after placing it.
I have now received the order, not even opened it, it’s still sealed. I requested a refund straight away, again a hassle that could’ve been avoided if they just cancelled my order as I had asked (and it hadn’t even processed yet). And then I get hit with “£6 return fee”. Literally such a rubbish company… clearly keeping costs minimal for themselves while scamming customers out of their pockets. Will absolutely not be ordering from here again
I ordered 5 dresses off of white fox, I was very excited to order from them considering I never had but now they have a uk office I wanted to try them out. I returned 5/6 dresses all in perfect condition having been tried on for a maximum of 5 minutes. I chose to keep one of the dresses. Following sending them all back they decided to say they at first had never received a return, this then shifted to we only received 4/5 dresses and is now saying it is damaged so they can’t refund me. The photo they provided shows zero damage or marks to the item. They have fully scammed me out of the money of 2 dresses and I will never be ordering from them again. Will be taking this further!
I made an error placing my order, so I contacted customer service to ask them to amend it. I was told that it had already been processed and it was too much hassle to change it. I was advised to return the item and order again, so now I have to pay twice for delivery only because customer service was too lazy to do their job. Also, keep in mind that they are charging you £6 for the return. The order was placed at 7 in the morning with next-day delivery and delivered only 2 days later, which is unacceptable, especially considering that they charge extra for next-day delivery.
It was great! White fox is very accommodating despite their strict policy - as long as you are showing proof of whatever it is they will work their best!! <33 so happy to buy from them again
Purchased a top for my nieces birthday. Unfortunately it was too small for her. White Fox would not let us return because they have 14 day policy. Like most birthday presents I purchased it more than 2 weeks before her birthday. What a ridiculous policy. There is no good reason for this. Terrible way to treat your customers. My niece is left disappointed.

I am never buying from white fox ever again. The return policy is actually atrocious. I ordered a dress, it didn’t fit, so i returned it and got store credit MINUS shipping costs. Fine. I ordered a pair of pants with that store credit and AGAIN they don’t fit. So now I have to return them for store credit AND minus shipping. I’ve lost 20 bucks already just because their sizing is wack. Also this isn’t because I don’t know my size, this is because everything fits differently at this store. 0/10 do not recommend.
Tereza was so so helpful i wasn’t receiving any emails or messages about where my package was so i reached out and she responded to me within 24 hours located parcel i was able to go pick it up before it got sent back and before i had a event to attend she is amazing!!!!

I ordered 2x shorts and t-shirt sets from white fox. They arrived and appeared to be tiny sizing! I never tried them on as I knew from looking they weren’t going to fit and I wasn’t happy with the material. I sent them back the a few days later due to working full time 12 hour shifts, in original packaging with tags, they were out the packaging for less than 5 minutes the day of receiving them. Waited over 5 weeks may I add for a response or even an acknowledgment they received my parcel back for them to have emailed me stating the clothes had a noticeable smell and they couldn't refund me !! They offered to send them back to me if I paid the shipping or they’d dispose them!! Absolutley disgusting behaviour firstly accusing me off wearing them and making them have a smell when they hadn’t even been tried on and secondly refusing a refund and asking me to pay a shipping fee to return them after already paying a return fee once!! Do not order from this website . A complaint will be filed of this is not resolved!!

I have sent a detailed email regarding the quality issue with a product and they wont offer a refund as no tags even thou the item has only been worn to try on and then noticed the issue. We was going to keep it as it fit but there are thread frays. Asked for full refund and no reply. Really poor service for such expensive items.

Initially, it was a frustrating experience because we made a purchase and the email address had an error which prevented us from obtaining an Order No. which prevented us from being able to make any returns or exchanges without a proper Order No. After many chat messages with the bot and emailing customer service directly we were finally able to return our item for store credit. This customer service went above and beyond and for that we will continue to buy from White Fox!

I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday. On the confirmation page I noticed that the shipping address was incorrect. I logged in to the online portal to change the address but didn’t have the option. I contacted support within 3 minutes of placing my order asking them to update the shipping address. Got a response from their AI saying it couldn’t be modified. Asked to escalate it to a real human and after 2 days got the same answer. So now my daughter’s birthday gift has been delivered to the wrong address and I can’t even request a refund. Was told if I wanted a refund I had to ship the item back. (the item I never received) - This company is legitimately scamming people.
