Although the products from white fox are good if you don’t purchase the right size you’ll just have to suck it up or pay for the top twice. i think it’s ridiculous that you can’t do exchanges for sizing because you can’t try items on before ordering. this was my final time wasting my money

I have been ordering from WF for years. I love their clothes and on 2 occasions I needed to contact their customer support and was answered back immediately and both issues were fixed. One of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with!! I can. To recommend these guys enough!!

I would never purchase a dress again from this company again . I am a size 8 not an 8-10 so I ordered the small I could not get the zip up so I returned it to request a medium which I then got an ai email back stating we know you are eager to order the bigger size with an embarrassed emoji. Which I found to be cheeky and cruel. So I ordered the medium dress had it on during the ceremony of a wedding then we went to the venue I went to the bathroom and went to stand up off the toilet and the full zip just came apart and a medium would be a size 10 and fitted good if anything it was loose at my hips but the stitching on the zip seems a lot further in than the actual dress. My partner tried to help but the little bit of the zip just came off in his bad and trying to return it though there website is impossible apparently things are only faulty if they arrive to you faulty. Mine will be going in the bin and I will tell everyone how rubbish there service and dresses are .

I can’t make sense of their sizing!! Every single item I buy for me or my daughter the sizing is always wrong. Returned a XXS tshirt as it was too big and re-ordered 3XS - which came ever bigger than the XXS??!! I have a hoodie in M/L so ordered my daughter the XXS - it’s same size as my M/L??!! Customer service is useless. Returns fee ridiculously overpriced. Teenagers love the clothes but I’m put off ordering again.
I’m trying to return four items. They have a “bug” on their website for my orders so there’s no return label for the items that I wanna return. It’s already shown as “return”. When I message customer service multiple time, all I get is an AI response saying that a customer service person will reach out to me and then NOTHING else happens. I don’t get any other email saying anything else. So unless you want to keep your items that you order from them and never return it I recommend DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

Terrible returns policy
Sent an unworn item back because it didn’t fit me, they refused the return stating it didn’t meet their returns requirements due to the item having a “noticeable scent”. They said I could pay for a returns label for them to send it back to me, or they would just not send it back.
Have tried to escalate that the item was returned as it was delivered from white fox, but they are not budging. Now stuck with a £50 dress that I’m never going to wear.
Would not recommend, unless you know you will 100% be keeping the item
Also know a number of different people that have had the exact same problem - shame on you White Fox 🙂

Ann was tremendously kind and compassionate when I reached out about returning a dress I ordered. The dress has a small stain near the zipper. I had mistakenly only sent photos of the stain and not of the whole dress with tags in my initial request for return. Ann was happy to use the photos I provided over email to process the return and provide me with a shipping label!
I look forward to using my store credit to purchase another dress as well as purchasing more items for future events i will be attending.

My daughter purchased several items from this company, and two arrived defective. We contacted customer service multiple times but never received a meaningful response. Instead, their AI system appears to filter inquiries, making it very difficult to reach a human representative.
Their return policy is also misleading. It suggests a prepaid return label is provided, but in reality, the reimbursement is limited, leaving customers to pay part of the return shipping costs.
To make matters worse, the sizing chart is inaccurate. Based on our experience, the products, customer service, and return process did not meet reasonable expectations.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If you receive a defective item or need to make a return, be prepared for a frustrating and potentially costly experience.
Additionally they now have offered me in GOODWILL $20.00 refund for a $300 outfit that was defective as they do not supply return labels for Canada,
I have never come across more of a fraud and unworthy company. So pathetic and sad!!!!!

The customer service has always been so helpful. I recently had an order returned to whitefox from the shipping provider due to an error in the address, despite it being an error on my side Lili was quick to get it sorted and get my order sent back out to me. Great communication and service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with White Fox UK.
I placed my order on 22 June, but the tracking never progressed beyond “shipping label created.” Royal Mail confirmed they had never received the parcel, yet I had to chase customer services multiple times before receiving a response.
After waiting several days, I was simply told to wait another 48 hours while they “investigated.” It was only after further chasing that White Fox finally admitted the parcel had been lost.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I was left wondering where my order was, with no proactive updates and having to do all the chasing myself. Good customer service isn’t just about resolving problems—it’s about keeping customers informed when things go wrong.
Although White Fox has now offered to send a replacement, I was also told that if a replacement wasn’t available, my options would be store credit. As a consumer, I found this concerning, as I expected to be offered a refund if White Fox was unable to supply the goods I had paid for. Offering only store credit in those circumstances appears inconsistent with my statutory consumer rights.
Overall, this has been an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming experience that could have been avoided with better communication and more appropriate customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering from White Fox again.
