Utterly dreadful customer service and returns policy. To be avoided.

Do not buy from this company. They have taken my money the package did not arrive and they have not refunded or try to re deliver. I ordered in November

This company has the most atrocious returns I have ever heard of. I ordered a present for my girlfriend for Christmas in late November. Come early January I asked them if we could exchange for a credit note (as the sizing didn't fit and the correct sizes were out of stock). I got met with essentially just "no" and a load of legal jargon about returns having to be within 14 days. I offered to pay for the return postage back to White Fox myself and was happy to verify that the products were brand new and unused with original tags on, they did not want to hear a thing. Genuinely one of the most arrogant and useless companies I've ever come across.

I made return and still haven't received money. It's been over a month and still no answer . I send them emails but nothing changed.

My Order #UK807072 didnt even ship yet after 15 days. I placed my order on 7th January for birthday of my friend on 23rd. Didnt get it. I send them 2 tickets on their website, no answer to that also. Worst service ever. Stay away.

Please do not bother with white fox boutique.

Still awaiting a refund over a month.

They received my return back in December. Finally received an email stating they have turned it into store credit WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. I requested a refund, sizing and quality is very low standard.

I probably won’t ever get the money back from my order so I just wanted to let others know about this.

I have already written one review on this shambles of a company. After originally buying in December for Xmas, I returned items on 27th of Dec which I asked for refund for. I was eventually sent an e mail saying I had been given credit. I have since e mailed multiple times asking for a refund, (bearing in mind upon sending back the items, I specifically asked to be refunded) and SURPRISE SURPRISE no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. Do not use this company!!!! SCAMMERS.

I ordered some joggers for my daughter’s Christmas present, however they were too big. I have emailed the customer service four times and received no response. I sent them my order number and explained, nothing! The customer service is appalling, they don’t respond to anything, buyers beware.

We placed an order on their official website from the US on November 15, 2024. As of January 20, 2025, we have not received our order or replies to any customer service emails.

Apalling customer service. I have been waiting over a month now for a refund. I have sent several e mails but nothing yet they bombard me with generic sales and marketing e mails.

Bought some items in the black friday sale, sent them back and was emailed on 14/12/24 saying my return had been received and be processed shortly. It is now 18/1/25 and i have still not received a refund or an email. I have tried several times to get in touch with the customer service team however have only received one email since which was utterly useless. Still waiting for my refund and a response. Won’t be buying again from them which is sad because I love their clothes :/

Worst customer service experience I've ever had! I ordered a hoodie for my daughter and it arrived within 2-3 days. So far so good, but that's where it went wrong. Their 'small' is equivalent to an XL so I contacted them to arrange a return and have the correct size ready for xmas. 7 days later they replied to ask if I still needed help...?? I replied that I did and that is the last I heard from them. I assumed they were busy so re-ordered a much smaller size which arrived a few days later. But now I am stuck with a huge hoodie, and the company have failed to reply to any of my messages via email, instagram, TikTok or X. I wish I'd ready the reviews of this terrible company first; some people eventually get a response but are told that the returns window has expired, despite it being complete the fault of White Fox for never replying! Others have said they managed to return the goods but never received a refund or store credit. I'm going to sell the hoodie locally and cut my losses. Sadly my daughter wants a few more items from White Fox for her birthday next month but it looks like I am going to have to tell her no. Well done White Fox, you're a joke!!! :-(

I placed an order on the 6th of January, that same day they said they have dispatched my order "48 hours tracked". I'm now sat here on the 16th. 10 days later with no order. I contacted them and they told me it has been lost in transit according to the postal company however they never actually received my parcel! This order was a gift for a birthday which is tomorrow. After speaking to other customers, it has become apparent they send the same "lost in transit" email to everyone. AVOID

I received an email from White Fox Boutique on 10th December 2024, informing me that one of the items in my order was out of stock. As it was part of a matching set, they offered either a refund or store credit. I responded on 11th December, requesting a refund to be paid back to my original payment card.
It is now 16th January 2025, five weeks since my email, and I have not received my refund. I have not received any confirmation from White Fox about my refund, or even an estimated timeline for its processing.
It is clear that this company is primarily focused on taking customers' money, with no interest in resolving issues. Customer service appears to be non-existent or maybe limited to just one person in a small office. This company seems to believe that being based in Australia makes them untouchable. I will be pursuing legal action against them in the UK.
Please take notice of all the bad reviews from people about White Fox and believe them. Heed my advice and do not purchase anything from this company, especially if you live in the UK, as you risk losing your money.

Absolutely shocking company. I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie as a Christmas present back in November 2024. The t shirt arrived but the hoodie never did. The only way to contact Customer Service is via email and they are absolutely appalling. It takes 3 weeks to get a response and when you do get a response the email simply says email them back if you still need help. I am going round in circles with this rubbish company who quite frankly do not deserve to own a company. They have taken my money and refuse to deal with my issue. I have uploaded tracking info to them to prove the hoodie was never delivered and still nothing! This issue is now in the hands of my credit card company.

Stay well clear of White Fox / believe the poor reviews. Clothes maybe be cool but if you ever attempt to return items they are an absolute nightmare! Over 3 weeks since confirmation of returned item received yet still no credit note, with zero response from customer service from numerous emails sent - as they won’t provide a telephone number to speak to someone.

Returned the item over a month ago no refund not responding to email total scam avoid this company….

Same as others - they confirmed receipt of my return 2 weeks ago but nothing since and they are ignoring emails.

Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I can't believe they've created a hoodie that is hand wash only for a start. Even after hand wash at 30 degs, inside out, the font still bubbled and peeled off. Complete waste of money. I have no idea how their products sell so well and can only assume those with font still in tact after washing are counterfeit. When the counterfeit products are better quality than the genuine you know something is off! 😂🤦Please save your money!

Shocking. Returned an order and 4 week later still haven’t received my refund, will be opening a case to get my money back seen as they can’t be bothered responding to my emails. Wouldn’t mind but they charge you £6 for returns and no other options so lose £10 on each return, with the postage already paid! Will never use this company again!
