Actually they are cheaters. I have given them several mails for poor online classes app and login problems, they did not listen. Lastly I pleaded them to stop online classes and surrender my package. Still they are charging from my CC and not stopping despite several mail request.

Unfortunately you don't get what you are sold. The platform for coding is always down, leading to postponement of classes. The schedule goes completely haywire, and no response from support after repeated follow ups. They have hidden all the terms and conditions in fine print, but say "No questions asked refund policy" - which is a complete sham. Enroll at your own risk.

Its quite surprising these people respond on their appreciation only..if you make a complaint or bring their real face among public they dont respond..writing them mails since last 4 months for the refund, they dont bother to close that instead EMI is continuously being deducted

I contacted their support on 4 th March 2024 and after multiple follow ups I got the confirmation that refund will
Be processed. I got this confirmation on 22nd March 2024 for complaint NUMBER 04791821 and they mentioned that refund will be processed in 30-45 days. I’ve been patient since than. It’s been more than 63 days now and still refund is not processed. I sent the email and didn’t get any reply. I tried calling customer care number and it is not reachable anymore. This is shocking. I have now filed the complaint with consumer court with grievance number - 5839652.

Now after lodging the complaint, they have deleted my account and I just see the message "User not found" WOW! this is just heights of white-hat crime!!!

I have been trying to reach whitehat Jr through there support mail id but not getting any response. I requested for refund of my son's classes but the payment is pending from JAN 2024. I am not getting any response from this group. We do not have any help line for this to call and talk.

Whitehat Jr shared our information with other companies. Every few months I get solicited by other Indian learning companies... Completely unacceptable.

Terrible Experience. At the time of admission your representative continuously calling, but when we process for refund no one can attend the call. Please do needful for the refund.

I have problem with the school for a month. I asked to find a new teacher for my son since his previous teacher left the school. I sent multiple emails to their support - support@whitehatjr for the past two weeks, and no one replied from their side. They simply ignore the emails, and there is no phone number to call. Their support is terrible or doesn't exist. Think twice before enrolling with the school.

When it comes to their promises, Whitehat Jr. is a liar. They will first promise to reimburse the remaining cost if you choose to drop out during course tenure.
Once a person is enrolled and planned to withdraw, then they will shwo their ugly face and there will be no money returned.
My daughter was enrolled in August 2022, and in May 2023, I sent a letter to opt out since I was dissatisfied with the quality of their training. I continue to pay the fees each month despite having gotten not a single penny up to this point. This also involves the Grayquest. They claim that they are working on it and that the sum is being calculated. But even after ten months and more than thirty mail exchanges, they still haven't done anything.

I will advise against choosing this because of their poor customer service and training. @Whitehat Jr. Respected Sir/Madam. The fact that you are taking advantage of people's feelings and time while stealing their hard-earned money like a con is quite embarrassing.

Ok, I finally got a reply from white hat junior after posting my case id on this website. They were very helpful and have processed the refund within 48 hours. The money is yet to be credited to my account, but I do see the transactions in pending status on my bank account.

I joined this "white hat jr classes" quite a long ago and after some days my syllabus got harder and i thought to cancel my curriculum,I have been trying for more than 3 months now I have sent many emails to support and they keep coming up with the same reply that they are initiating my refund but no .I am not recommending this app for anyone this is completely wasteful. This is like a fraud so I am just writing this in trustpilot, hopefully it helps someone who want's to join to take a decision.

These guys are scammers bro they told me that the money will be initiated soon from more than 4 months now its been four months I was asking for a refund they just deleted my account all the employees who forced me into joining this resigned white hat is not replying to my emails, also when I am in the curriculum they didn't teach me anything useful. This is a waste of money, they won't contact me properly, whenever I ask for refund they just reply the same damn thing they ask me my account details and after sending them the details they say that the refund will be initiated and again the usual process they stop replying.please don't join this app they have the worst customer service I have ever seen and even after seeing this review they did not change they just keep saying the same thing and don't initiate my refund bro if they really have that much big company I dont know why they are not initiating my refund which is less than the amount I paid.

Worse customer support. My account debited an amount of 4915 rupees even after completing course six months back in Aug-23.
All of sudden they deducted an amount from my bank with NACH without any intimation

Company doesnot provide refund and push for onspot money and dont let parents take time for decision making

white hat jr is fraud company I had taken a loan from White Head Junior for coding, then I got a laptop in it, my loan was Rs 68000, so the total was Rs 29,000 in which the laptop came and the rest of the courses were also there.
But later I did not like their teacher's way of teaching and did not get any support from them, so I got the loan canceled and then I got a mail from them asking them to give only the loan amount.
I got a mail from their side that the remaining amount will be refunded to the loan partner but till now they have given the loan pattern only for Rs 23, the rest come out they have not paid, from my side I have paid Rs 31000

This company taught my child about coding and many new websites such as Dialogflow, Thunkable and many more! I recommend this website to others who are trying to get a piece of knowledge about coding and trying to improve in coding! I appreciate my teacher Ruqkia Ma'am for helping me out in every time of need while doing anything related to coding!

My child's instructor Ms Neha was very professional and forthcoming. She has good knwoledge of computer science and goes over and beyond her duties. I just felt that the curriculum could have been better. Instead of teaching 10 different things, they could have just focussed on achieving excellence in one or two things. Also, I felt that the price was a bit higher. Overall a neutral experience - use it if you do not have a good computer class in your child's school

Classes are good no doubt..pedagogy is student friendly..but service from WhiteHat Jr is pathetic. Initially they lure us with a sweet talk.But once we pay money their service becomes very poor..I don't suggest unless your kid is interested in coding. Don't just take because it is a trend.
