The professional customer service I have received by Steve, has been amazing. Every question regarding my credit situation was answered. When I was in doubt, I was encouraged through Steve and now I am very confident with my credit. In a short period of time my credit scores have increased. Definitely will be recommending this service.

Have to say, Joe P has completely changed my life. He's is a life saver I can't say enough. For the first time in my life I can say I have good credit. He has educated me, I sell cars so you would think I would know about this stuff but Ididn't. In the beginning I found them because of reading the reviews. They are worth every penny. Joe Camacho was such a big help with our credit repair. He explained everything step by step. Answered any questions we had. He is very honest and tells you how it is no sugar coating anything. James is the "bomb.com" literally, he explained the process and I decided to give it a try. Fast forward to today my credit score went from 450 to 600 in 5 months. Husband was a skeptic and is now enrolled in the program.

I am so pleased with my results with WJ&A. Justin Elliott was my Specialist and he knocked it out of the park! My items in question were not only removed from my credit report in under a month, but my credit score increased 100 points!!! I was shocked when I looked at my reports this morning, expecting to see maybe a 20-30 point increase, and saw a 100 point increase and my score in the 800's!! If you are looking to repair your credit in order to purchase a home, car, etc., invest in WJ&A and ask for Justin Elliott.

From start to finish James was there for me. Explained the process and walked me step by step throughout the process. Even returned a call to me one night when I was feeling a little stressed about things. Never thought anyone would care as much as he did. Finally graduating the program and closing on the house of my dreams in 2 weeks!!!!! Great experience and happy to say that I will tell everyone I know about him and White, Jacobs & Associates. A-1 in my book.

I did a ton of research before going with White Jacobs. I really felt like they would be able to do like they assured me they would. I worked with Doug Taylor and he told me my credit file was nothing out of the ordinary and we should have no problems getting great results. It took some time but he was able to get some things removed, I was able to purchase a car, but soon after - several of the deleted collections reappeared on my reports to drop my scores even lower than they were when I hired them. I left a review on the BBB asking for a refund or partial and was told it was my fault for having high credit card balances. My CC's are paid off and have been for 2 months. My scores are still in the mid 400's. It's embarrassing. Lack of communication from Doug became very frustrating towards the end. I had to message them on Facebook to have him return my calls or emails. I know people have had great results with them. For whatever reason my deletions have reappeared and they wont help after 6 months. I offered to continue paying as long as it takes. At this point - they should refund my money. I've been pretty quiet hoping for someone to reach out and do the right thing but this is the first of many reviews. White Jacobs - do the right thing. My credit is complete and utter garbage. They will only respond with how they were able to get many deletions but don't address it when they reappear and drop your scores even further than before. Sad.

If you ever need any assistance on fixing your credit, ask for Elizabeth Turner. She listens very well, she takes time out to get a better understanding of you as a person, and I believe these are some of the right steps in great customer service. Overall, she pointed me in all the right directions that gave me answers to many of the questions I was concerned with. Now it's only up from here on my part.

Gonzalo Marroquin provided exceptional help in resolving my credit disputes. He was very thorough and answered all my questions in timely manner. They never tried to extend the process like so many other companies do. Above all I will recommend that any body looking for any help with there credit needs to contact these guys.

I've tried other credit repair services before and none compared to responsiveness and results from White Jacobs and associates. From the initial consultation they were very knowledgeable and honest in their approach to getting results. My Rep was Lupe Rivera and was excellent in answering all my questions. Lupe went above and beyond through entire process. My score went from low 600's to low to mid 700's now still with some items pending. I would recommend their services to anyone especially with the help of Lupe. Great company!

I called Brian Quinn at White Jacobs on 4/26/16.. here we are just over 7 months later and my scores are going through the roof. My scores were as follows: Trans Union 482, Experian 519 and Equifax 562. Now they are 632, 620 & 668! They work really hard and are so very diligent in getting your credit repaired and improved.
