Just spoke to the lovely lady Sanna R. She understood my query and responded accordingly. Highly professional and very helpful.
Thank you
Upgrade? doing us a favour??
Nope its just a huge price hike...
Oh lousy customer service too always has been.
I've been with this phone network provider for about 7 years on and off. Made the mistake of switching to the 3 network last year, but just this week 3 upped their charges to 10p a minute for all calls. This is a huge jump from just the 3p tariff for all calls & texts. So back to White Mobile.
Their website lists several local outlets who are supposed to have top-up facilities and calling card products...none of them had any White products or top-up services at all.
Online top-up is fairly easy but the customer service is keeping 1970's hours of business: 9-5 weekdays only.
The actual network is reliable and I've never had a dropped call or poor reception as I'm told the service is piggybacked off EE.
Never been overcharged or had phantom charges on my account.
Great little company, could be world class with a better customer service set up.
Low budget cowboy “service”, they go from one crisis to the next costing their customers hours of stress and resulting financial loss.
Since 17.06.20 I and other customers have had to put up with the following:
Unable to TOP-UP – Technical issue.
Unable to RECEIVE CALLS – Service cut-off.
All calls went to VOICE MAIL l never asked for – Error.
Unable to MAKE CALLS Service issue.
My MOBILE NUMBER WAS LOST – Mistake and Technical issue, l should have been up-dated by SMS messages.
Unable to RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES – SMS being diverted to another number, without my permission.
Unable to SEND SMS MESSAGES – Mistake and Technical issue.
Unable to RECEIVE CALLS – Calls being diverted to another number, without my permission.
My BALANCE LOST – Technical issue resolved by F.N.T.Logistics
BALANCE CAN’T BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW SIM SENT OUT – Technical issue resolved by Wave Crest Networks.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and LIMITED CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
REFERRED TO “EXTERNAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT” or “HIGHER MANAGEMENT” – who never come back to the customer.
WEB-SITE STATEMENTS – Often un-true or misleading.
COMPENSATION - Told verbally, and in writing but no compensation or “goodwill” payment made.
OFCOM – they refuse to confirm whether they are signed up with Ofcom.
I have 7 days more to wait before l can refer the matter to the Communications Ombudsman Service / ADR.
i love service its cheap and great i toppped up £5 ages ago and still have 4.30 great service
