Good quality item,arrived on time,would highly reccomend.

I used to always walk past this shop till one day saw a lovely outfit in window , since then been in every other week to purchase something or pick my online parcels up , the clothes are fab and not expensive , the staff in the Northwich store are lovely ladies , super friendly and so helpful , the clothing is good quality and everything I’ve purchased has washed well and lasted
My favourite Northwich shop , if you haven’t been try it ,you won’t be disappointed.

I came across this online boutique through Facebook and delighted I did. Have ordered a few items and all lovely quality... Especially for the price! Had to return a couple of things that didn't fit and this was dealt with efficiently with the refund back in my account very quickly. Will definitely be ordering again.

The store has some beautiful,reasonably priced quality clothing to suit all ages and the staff are ways on hand to answer any questions,lovely store.

Absolutely just love my Kenya Palazzo pants in colour Camel. Mega , Mega comfy really ladies a " must have " . Quality brilliant too . Definitely going to get another pair .

These trousers brought for work I’m a hair stylist so I wanted comfy and trendy got it .
Love them at the end of the day didn’t want to take them off .

I ordered a top from white ribbon and the service was brilliant, delivered within 2 days also packed very well. For the price and quality it's amazing. Got to say the Daily live videos help as I can't get to the shop so I can actually see the product worn. Well worth a a try and the girls are all lovely.

Hamptons Pocket Gilet is amazing. Also managed to get a S/M which has lots of room and I’m a 16/18. I was advised by Nicola and Clare to go for the smaller size as the bigger size was out of stock. I’m so glad I did as it’s great quality and the other one would have been too large. The gilet has the most amazing fabric and feel to it and would be double in price elsewhere so it’s a real bargain. Highly recommend it and I love all their clothing and everything about White Ribbon. So supportive and helpful with advice and like virtual friends too with their daily live videos and updates. Excellent customer service for a family run business and you can find them on Facebook and Instagram and go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Much love Susan xx

This is a true family business, with 3 shops in Cheshire and online. I have visited two of the shops and also purchased online. Very satisfied with the service and clothing purchased both in store and online. They are quick to react to online questions and it is easy to get a refund or exchange if not happy with purchase. Website is easy to use and updated regularly with new products. They also do live videos on Facebook where the products are showcased.

Fabulous family business that I buy from On-line as I don't live near their 3 Shops in Cheshire.

I've been shopping at White Ribbon Boutique for quite a number of years now and never once have I been disappointed. First class in every department. Quality of the clothes, prices and excellant in customer service. My nearest shop is in Sandbach and the ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful. I very rarely shop anywhere else now as I know I'll get fixed up at White Ribbon.

Cannot rate White Ribbon Boutique highly enough. Love these ladies, watching the facebook lives gives you lots of fashion tips and the ability to see how the clothes look on different shaped ladies. The whole team work really hard to bring you everything you want from an on-line shopping experience, ordering on the website is easy, I love how all colours of the item are in one place, wish lists mean you can save items until you can afford them, and back in stock requests give you notifications to let you know when you can order. The delivery service is the best I use, usually next day depending when I place my order and for just £2.50 too! I also love the reward scheme they offer as it allows you to save points to treat yourself.

So lovely to see a family run business, and if you follow on facebook you almost become part of that family feeling.

Have been purchasing from White Ribbon since lockdown after finding their videos which kept me entertained not just the clothing but many tips in between. The customer service is first class and if you have to contact by telephone the staff are friendly and helpful. Clothing is well priced varied and they have a good loyalty scheme
