White Rose moved us from Leeds to London. They were exceptional. The staff were polite, knew what they were doing and worked incredibly hard.

fantastic service. very good communication leading up to moving day. On the day all the team were very efficient, friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them enough. They were also quoted cheaper than other companies in the area.

We can’t thank Paul and the team enough for everything they did. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and all the team did a phenomenal job. Despite moving in a heatwave, everyone was really amenable, pleasant, and happy to help. Absolutely recommend and would use in the future… if we’re ever mad enough to move again!!

I moved from Leeds to Bristol and the entire team at the White Rose Removals was great! Paul was only just a WhatsApp away to answer questions and accommodate requests in the best way possible. The move had to be done over 3 days because of issues with the letting agency releasing the keys, and the guys have been amazing. They started bright and early on Thursday morning, packed my kitchen and load the rest of my staff on the van in less than 2 hours. On Saturday they brought my things up to Bristol and again they were super quick, efficient and generally lovely! I would definitely recommend the White Rose Removals to anyone moving from or to Yorkshire! Thank you again Paul,Bailey, Sean, Jordan and Rossi to make this experience a lot less stressful!

We were really impressed with how professional the guys were and how hard they worked. Especially given how hot it was over all 3 days.

The move went like clockwork, and once we’d explained where we wanted things to go etc the guys just got on with it. At no stage did we feel concerned about how the loading or unloading was going.

They appeared to have given plenty of thought to on how to handle and pack the fragile items we had (lots of garden and house plants). They were also really good with our little boy, humoring his attempts to help load the lorry and happily tolerating his joyous walking up and down the ramp.

All in all, a top job. Thank you!

Thoroughly recommend company, from Paul coming out to quote a sensible price, to the company info, great communication up to moving fay, vans arrived early, 3 friendly helpful staff, who ensured everything packed smoothly, unloadeding to the customers exact requirements, made the stressful day so enjoyable having a chat and laugh with the guys, thanks again and would certainly inform friends,or anyone not to waste time with other companies and give White Rose a call

Fantastic Team
The whole team arrived a few minutes early and got straight on with emptying our house and garage in Apperley Bridge.

As soon as they finished it was off on the 170 mile journey to the family run storage facility in Gloucester.

The owners of the storage facility were impressed with the guys, knowing what they had already done.

Once again they cracked on with the job in hand and emptied the van in great time.

Hardworking, respectful and efficient is how I would describe the lads who moved our house this weekend. House emptied in 30 degrees heat in 2 hours and reassembled the other side even quicker. You made a stressful day alot easier! Thank you 😊

Fabulous service from start to finish! Paul is so kind and helpful and makes the whole process simple. The lads that came on the day were brilliant, really friendly and respectful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had to wait for hours for the sale to complete but Bailey told us not to worry about it, as soon as we got the keys they cracked on with unloading the vans and got us moved in quickly. Would highly recommend White Rose!

We were very impressed with White Rose Removals and would highly recommend them. The quote process was simple and quick, and was very competitive. We used their packing and dismantling service. The team, led by Dan, were all great. They were very professional and treated our belongings with respect. Everything was boxed and packed on the wagon in good time. The 2 guys who traveled down on the day of the move worked their socks off. The wagon was offloaded and furniture rebuilt in the time scale agreed. They definitely earned their money. It really was back breaking work. Everyone at White Rose was so helpful, professional, respectful, and worked hard. The communication from Paul was great too, being kept up to date with everything. The whole process went to plan.

The quotation process was simple, send a video of each room, and didn't require booking a visit.

On the day, Joe and the team arrived early and went straight to work. Our 3 story house was meticulously moved into 2 lorries. Spirits and energy levels remained high even though it was 31 degrees.

TVs, glass furniture, mirrors, picture frames were packed on the day by the team (packaging provided) and handled with great care. Joe's experience was very useful when dismantling a glass dining table, his solution was just right.

The team were outside the new house before we had the keys, no time was wasted.

I had printed a floorplan and also taped room names to each room, to help the team identify where marked items were going. When unsure, the team asked where unmarked items needed to go.

Otherwise, they cracked on at speed and left us to the cleaning etc

I'd like to thank the whole team for soldiering on through the heat. You helped us move efficiently, with no fuss, damage or complaint.

White Rose made a what could have been a very stressful day into an enjoyable experience. They were so efficient and such nice people. They went above and beyond to ensure that the move went as smoothly as possible.

Excellent service, especially compared to a bad experience I had with another company last year. This company is friendly, responsive to changes and highly professional - BAR standards. They laid mats to protect flooring & stairs, provided clothing bags to make wardrobe transfers easy, and protective bags for the sofa, etc. The 3-man team worked well together. They know Leeds well & provided a smaller van at my request because of narrow streets/access.
