Have been trying for weeks to get through to them. There is no phone number and they do not respond to emails.

Please please please don't. Waste of time,money and effort!

In short, It's a complete waste of money and their customer service sucks!

Having had a domeglass installed on my Galaxy Note 9, I couldn't flaw it and so, when I upgraded to a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra I decided to get a domeglass for it. MASSIVE MISTAKE.

Paid £50 for the domeglass and the quality (or lack thereof) certainly does not reflect the price paid for it, I'd probably get better quality out of something cheap and Chinese on ebay. Admittedly I am perhaps not too careful with my device, it has had a few falls and knocks but nothing major. Over the past few months my screen protector has gradually worsened, parts peeling, spidering cracks along the edges and even chunks of glass randomly falling off.

Having decided enough is enough, I decided to fill in details of my order enabling me to pay a relatively small amount of money to get a warranty replacement. Having paid for a replacement 3 weeks ago (13th August 2021)
I've waited and waited and waited for nothing. Every time I checked the warranty page on the website, it will always say 'processing'. On several occasions, I have sent messages asking what's happening etc. Not heard a thing back. Who knows when I will hear anything.

Moral of the story, I wouldn't even waste your time looking into any of their products!

One of the screens was broken...the other one had half the adhesive side peeled off and debris stuck to it...I still attempted to make it work but the adhesive just poured out the sides and made a huge mess...the screen has multiple empty spots where the adhesive dried before it filled in....the FINGERPRINT READER DOES NOT WORK WITH THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR....now I have to spend a long time getting this crap off my phone without damaging my very expensive s21 Ultra...Jesus save yourself the trouble and don't buy this!!!!

This company went drastically down hill since 2020. Before the replacement warranty were super fast and I was able to get replacement within 2-3 weeks top. Now it has been almost 1 month and my replacement isnt even process. Multiple emails goes unanswered! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years!!!

They keep responding to my email, running me in circles. I don’t think they really intend to provide warranty support. They just want to keep giving you things to do and ignoring the issues you point out with their site. Eventually, you’ll get frustrated enough to just go away.

The product is actually quite good. But unfortunately what spoils it is there lack of customer support and how long it takes to get them to process a warranty request and send your replacement.

It's as bad as ordering something from China on eBay you don't know when your going to get it and it ends up showing up 2 months later with little to no package tracking and no information. I do like this product alot but after the 1st warranty request I made it has gone steeply and sharply downhill in terms of customer service and shipping

their product is very good but pricy with a promise of a lifetime warranty, but this is far from the truth, they have pulled out of the uk market and its now £40 to have replacement sent from the us under there warranty apparently this covers the cost of shipping, i did a fedx delivery the same as them from there address and it was less than £6, you can buy the product brand new on amazon for £40, the response is always an automated one and last time I ordered a replacement it took 2 months to receive it, i will be buying elsewhere form now on

Excellent product - followed instructions carefully (which is very important!) Finger print reader works perfectly after turning up sensitivity and re adding. Also worth noting add the same finger prints twice which is a great tip.
Best screen protector there is out, and i'e tried a lot!

Take your time. A pet monkey with a tin can install it. Very durable and bubble free.

Used their two pack product. First attempt didn't go well but I put that down to my own inexperience with a complicated product. Second one cracked within months despite the phone having a hard cover as well as the dome glass protector. Tried to claim on the warranty but it left my phone unprotected for weeks (it's still unprotected) while I get polite and reassuring messages back that don't actually address the problems I've identified. Getting sick of the time wasting, back and forth, ineffectual responses. Avoid this product unless you have money to burn.

I ordered a screen protector over 3.5 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. The postal service is not giving me any information, and I am not getting any response from emails to Whitestone.
Terrible service and poor communication.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order with Whitestone, and I am still waiting to take receipt, this is despite forking out premium $$ for their rapid courier service for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Screen Protector. Furthermore email and phone communications to Whitestone Dome have gone unanswered.

Sorry guys, but this is no way to treat your customers. For this I give you one star, as quite frankly, you have not honoured your side of the contract. That said, should I ever take receipt of my screen protector, I shall be happy to submit another review.

Messed up installation of original screen so had bubbles. I applied for a warranty replacement. Yes you pay an amount before it's reviewed which I do think you should pay after it's approved for a replacement(£7 for me) but it was approved and a replacement sent in about 2/3 weeks with no other payment. This installation going fine with no bubbles and great looking/feeling protector.

Avoid - Avoid Avoid!
incredibly slow to send, the cost of shipping was over priced. This is before Covid, they used every excuse except yeah we are ripping you of.

Their warranty scheme is just a money grabbing way of ripping you off again!

when I had problems getting the screen protector to stick their customer service was next to useless to help with the warranty replacement, and then they only sent one screen protector rather than 2 that I originally bought. I wish I read these reviews before buying it.

so what they do is sell you a below standard product and then under the guise of "warranty" sell you the same crappy system. please stay away from them, don't waste your money!

I just can say enough - save your money and buy another brand, or just flush your money down the toilet.

What a waste of money! I just spent ages reading the instructions and watching the videos repeatedly. The video makes it look like the phone easily snaps into the bottom tray. I could not get it into place without extreme force. You then have to be so careful when applying the adhesive, or it won't spread correctly and you will have air bubbles under the glass. If it is not perfectly level, or you knock it slightly when handling, it won't work. I used all three of the provided bottles of adhesive and still didn't get it. I give up. Money down the drain!

Does not protect your phone. Dropped my note 20 on rocks and broke the screen protector and the phone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have a Samsung s10 plus with the ultra sonic finger sensor.
You can not get any screennptotectors to work with it.
Whitestone done are thieves false advertisers and liars!!
At £70+ for a two pack you would expect them to work. They are so bad they tell you what will go wrong and it does. Followed utube videos for install to the letter but they do not work.
Even took up the warranty/purchase scheme which is simply another way to take your money and by not sending new screens to steal it.
Do not try this company they are false advertisers and thieves

I bought 2 glasses for my Apple Watch on the recommendation of a friend. The first one had bubbles right after installation and was milky on the lower left edge. The second glass got a milky shadow on the lower edge after 2 days. Unfortunately, customer service is not accommodating. The replacement for another glass should cost 18 €.
