Very professional job. After the survey we had a call to discuss some of the issues found which helped us to understand the survey and helped us in making our decision on the property.

Timely service and good communication throughout. The final report was very thorough and had plenty of photos. It will be a useful reference when carrying out some minor repairs. I was also impressed to see a reference to the possible implications of climate change on the property.

We recently used White Surveyors to undertake a RICS 2 survey of a house we were buying in Yelland. James was extremely thorough in his review and produced an excellent report. He communicated extremely well, responding to questions without delay, with good follow up communication. I would definitely recommend them for surveying your house.

We did a level 3 RICS survey with White Surveyors. James who performed the survey was extremely knowledgeable about the area and legislation involving. His manner was personable and we had a frank and useful discussion prior to getting his final report a week later which was professional, thorough and full of excellent photos and recommendations. Really useful survey and well worth it for a full report on the state of the property, recommendations and added information. James is also keen on the environment and sustainable practices (which is close to our own hearts) and this also gets good coverage.

Buying houses is not an every day event and the buying process can be extremely stressful so getting a thorough survey really helps. But on top of this, having a surveyor make themselves available for a call, taking time to go through what is really important, provides good photo evidence of all points raised took a lot of stress out the process and allowed me to focus on important issues. James is polite, punctual and communicates very well. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks once again.
