I have used WVG before and found them excellent. This time I wanted a small internal move of furniture undertaken. Initially they were responsive and friendly. Subsequently I asked if they could undertake a slightly revised task. Some days later I’m still awaiting the promised call back. If they don’t want to do the job why not just say so?

We have used White Van Gentleman for many years and they have always been professional, reliable, careful and friendly. They are highly efficient. Highly recommend.

The move itself went incredibly smoothly.
Richard and Luis transferred everything to their van quickly
and with no problems whatsoever.
In fact, they took the initiative and re-packed my son George's weights to make
them easier to carry.
I wasn't at the destination but George and our new "Landlady", who is also a
personal friend, were very impressed by the way they unloaded everything and
their friendly attitude.
Both deserve a massive thank you, as does Millie in the office who arranged everything.
She explained every step to me very clearly when the booking was made and
was a delight to deal with.
(There was a late change to the size of the load made on Saturday.
I'm not sure what the lady's name was who I spoke to, but she was absolutely
brilliant and there were no hiccups come the Monday.
!)

On 14 March White Van Gentlemen delivered a table. The 2 guys who carried out the delivery could not have been more polite, friendly, and were extremely careful with the furniture and respectful of our home. 5 star service and would highly recommend.

I booked a 2 man unloading, and they were incredibly helpful. At the end of unloading we had not reached the time limit, and they offered to help me further. They then offered to help me with rubbish removal. The team were friendly, knew the business, polite and efficient. I would 100% recommend, and will be using them again.

Very happy that we used this company to move from London to Essex. They were more expensive than other quotes we received but we don’t regret it at all. Everything was fast, smooth and easy, and we felt comfortable all of our stuff was being looked after. Highly recommend

I have just used WVG for a house move and I can't speak highly enough of them. Friendly, reliable, ultra helpful, they were just brilliant and went beyond the spec of the normal move contract. Put them as your first choice, I would always recommend them.

Always have a great experience with WVG and the team are helpful, polite and happy to to help, even when manoeuvring a heavy piano down stairs and around tight corners! They are my go to man and van company.

We have used White Van Gentlemen for multiple moves, most recently in 2021 and they have always provided great service. Their office and on-site staff have always been polite, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Every move has gone off without any hitch at all, and we and our belongings have always felt taken great care of. Excellent value for money, cannot recommend WVG highly enough, and we'll absolutely be using them for our upcoming move.
