Great company to deal with, exceptionally helpful and fantastic at communicating via driver on the day of the work. Would not hesitate to use again, and a special mention for Joanne (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) who booked it in and sorted it for us . A+

Turned up on time, driving very polite and efficient. Overall excellent service, the lady I ordered with was also excellent.

First of all our original appointment was cancelled on the day that you were supposed to come. But we agreed for you to come the next day before lunch. I had to to ring to find out where they were as the tanker hadn’t arrived by the agreed time. Then, I just happened to see the tanker go past our house and turn into the house next door! I rang again!! I had to physically go to my neighbours to explain!! Not very good service I think you would agree? The emptying of the tank itself was however fine.

Difficult place to get to but your man persevered and managed it. Thank you

A superlative job (as usual) from Whitkirk Waste!
They regularly empty our septic tank at home, always efficient, thorough, polite and affordable.
As an extra, urgent job I needed a friend's remote farmhouse serviced, where I am Executor of the deceased's estate. Whitkirks liaised carefully to meet me on site at the due time, attended and completed the job in less than 24 hours from my first calling them.

The actual empty and wash down of our treatment plant was carried out by two operatives very professionally. They took care over manoeuvring their 20T vehicles and were clearly experienced in how to carefully refill the tank with water after emptying and cleaning it without damaging the compartment walls. I would have given the company 5 stars but for a slight delay in being able to get a quote for the work after I had made the initial enquiry. I had to chase up twice. After receiving the quote the administration was carried out very efficiently.
