Ordered a ball pool and it has now gone way past the delivery date. Sent tonnes of emails and messages on facebook. They are getting read but no reply. Wish I would of read the reviews first. I have contacted trade and standards with the amount of bad reviews and they are going to look into this company. Such a shame as the soft play sets look amazing.

Do not order from this company! Placed an order for a soft play for my daughters birthday coming up on the 8th of April and once I offered I didn’t hear back for ages then about two weeks later got an email saying it’s cancelled on my request which is not the case and now won’t reply to any of my emails.

Don't order from here if youre actually wanting the product. I ordered a soft play sofa and waited over the stated dispatch time and it never dispatched. I've sent multiple emails and Instagram messages all that haven't had a reply. The order was then cancelled not by my request. Do not order

Ordered a ball pit, never dispatched, sent emails to chase up and then they cancelled the order. They stayed on the email this was per my request (which it wasn’t) but slightly glad they cancelled as I have now ordered from a different company. Still waiting on a refund.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, never received an update so emailed them to chase it & the ordered was cancelled with no explanation. Still waiting on refund. Would not buy again!

I ordered a ballpit on the 28th but no email stating it has been dispatched or ready for delivery, I sent several emails, then went to go on the website for it to be unavailable I'm just grateful I used klarna and only part payment

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am absolutely gutted to have lost so much money from a deceitful brand. I have emailed the company multiple times and had no response. Only received one part of my order. Considering I’ve spent nearly £150 it’s just unacceptable.

The part we’ve received is good quality so it is such a shame that not all items were delivered.

I am shocked that this hasn’t been sorted.

Like the most recent reviews! Avoid, the product I received is great (ball pit) but I paid for 300 balls (3 different colours) and only received 200 balls (2 colours). Emailed on three occasions and got ignored. Contacted twice on Instagram and finally got a reply to say “Sorry your replacement is on the way.” This item was purchased in November and guess what, still no delivery. You now can’t contact anyone as the website is closed. Awful customer service!

Bought a play sofa for my daughter, unboxed it after Christmas to set up in her play room. The zipper is faulty on the base pads so everytime she gets on (she’s a petite 2 year old) the zipper splits.
Emailed the company several times and reached out on their social media sites, zero response.
Social media states they were re opening on 7th January but the website is completely inactive and u can’t access the site - AVOID! Have had to go through my bank to try and get my money back

After waiting since August for my faulty item to be sorted. I have had nothing but issues and by the looks of it so do many more. Facebook and Instagram comments with complaints get deleted. After posting emailed shots to prove that they promised a 5th time a new ball pit had been sent out. I was blocked from their page.
On the 18th October I received this email. ‘Hi Chloe
Would you prefer the manufacturer to send you a new ball pit instead?

Then on the 28th October I received this email
‘ Hi Chloe
I know, I’ve been having problems with the manufacturer which is what I wanted to explain to you on the phone today.
If I can get a new ball pit delivered Wednesday for you please could you remove the review today.
If this doesn’t happen you can put the review back on
I will replace at my own expense as the manufacturer aren’t really been helpful which is why it’s taken so long to try and sort as the gurantee is with them

Then this email on the 4th November
‘ Hi Chloe
My mother in law has sent it to the wrong customer. It’s all fine, I’ve sorted it now and you should have an email from parcel force with a new delivery’s date?
I’m sorry for the mix up here I’ve been away (I’m back now) so it was all done on emails and she’s not done the best of jobs.
Please can you confirm you’ve got an email?

Then this email on the 8th November
‘Hi Chloe
The ball pit will come direct form manufacturing, with the pink balls. I’ve emailed this over this morning and it will be standard delivery (3-5 working day dispatch and 7-10 working day delivery) although it’s almost always about 7 days roughly xx’
Then this on the 12th December
‘Hi Chloe
It’s been dispatched from the manufacture 100% and the tracking will be coming direct from them and it will be there before Xmas. Xx‘
After all these emails promising a new one with multiple lies obviously involved as I’m pretty sure I would have received at least 1 of these apparently sent out balls pit.
I would highly advise avoiding this company and going elsewhere, the customer service is absolutely appalling and if anything goes wrong you will get no help and struggle with responses. Highly highly highly disappointed.

AVOID this company missing items & damaged goods. No response to emails! I have been waiting over a month to be resolved. Will be taking this further glad I paid with paypal

Sent the wrong colour play sofa - was main Xmas gift but couldn’t give to my child so they were without their main gift for Xmas. Haven’t replied to correspondence and are apparently now sold out and closed. Doesn’t bode well

We ordered our soft play set from whittle bird, the service was great, the items were amazing. The customer service team was happy to help out with the problems. We will definitely be ordering more products in the future.

I place an order last Sunday and the product arrived this morning and it really is fantastic soft play, looks great and size is bigger than I expected!

Adding to my previous review, still no balls and the contact they have been making has only been since my last review, which could have easily been avoided as they could have looked through previous emails I sent or checked my original order

Absolutely awful we ordered a soft play set and the delivery driver said he left it out side I have reported the items missing and the company have been very slow with responding and when they do are not been helpful at all each email is a contradiction to last so I waited over 3 weeks to receive it for it then to either not been actually deliver or for it to have been stolen iv asked for a refund and have been told I cant get one would never use this company again

I purchased from this company last year and the items were great but delivery was very laye . I have ordered some more bits this year and unfortunately the ballpit arrived damaged and mishpaped in parts . I have emailed over a week ago and still no reply and as I can see from previous reviews they are terrible at replying when there is a fault!!!

I bought the multicoloured, pastel soft play as part of my business and it’s really good quality, had loads of compliments on the colour and would definitely buy more.

We purchased the step and slide for my son’s 1st birthday, I couldn’t believe the quality! He absolutely loves it and plays on it everyday. We recently made another purchase on a soft play sofa, again the quality was amazing! Fast delivery, highly recommended!
