Is this company legit?

. A company called Whizzkidswears.com, with a phone no in Cyprus has been taking money from my bank account. I discovered some emails from them in my junk mail . Their customer support email address doesn’t work ( “undeliverable “) .

Update - I managed to get through to this company in Cyprus and they have promised to cancel my “ subscription”, They have refunded the two payments that were taken from my account.
