Be cautious, company does not respond to customer communication
This is a daily automated check in service for people living alone with options for daily personal contact and daily reminder service. The company website was very helpful, spoke of a free 7 day trial then money (£8.00) each month would be taken until this was cancelled. When I added a daily automated check in service for someone living alone there appeared to be an internal webpages error and this created multiple daily check in services and duplicated credit cards and more than one payment was taken on the day the service was set up instead of after the 7 day free trail. Despite contacting the company multiple times every day by phone, leaving messages, using contact page from website and emailing direct to the general email I have not had any reply. I have now cancelled my subscription on the services page and tried to delete the duplicate service set up from the DASH board, but have been unable to delete. I had to contact the credit card company to find that two payments were taken before the end of the free trail period, which I have now disputed. It is a concern that there has been no way to contact the company to get a response, that my multiple contacts and voice mails have not been responded to. I have no trust or confidence in the service at this point and have cancelled before the end of the free trial. There is no way to know if this is a genuine problem with the company's website or if this is a potential scam.
