Good Customer Service, but M365 Subscription has tech issues

M365 subscription is not a complete license and not properly advertised on the website. You will not only have issues if your password doesn't work and need a reset but you cannot access the apps from the cloud as you normally would with a proper subscription. However, the customer support was aware and provided a refund as a courtesy. Also, they advised that they will work to correct for the future.

Very satisfied
So far I've bought two keys: Win10 IoT Enterprise and Win 11 IoT enterprise and both are activated. I did have a problem with the Win 11 key that was initially provided but chat was quick and helpful to resolve the issue.

I had a problem with a Windows key (my mistake), I bought the wrong version. I contacted customer support and they responded very quickly, resolving my issue. I've never experienced such fast service. I love you, customer support guy!

Product key did not work. Promised a refund that never came keeps saying 1-2 business day. Very untrustworthy this is a scam.

I purchase a key, i got the key. I cannot activate it. I contact the support that give me others keys. The time to try it, in a first moment they seems to work, but probably the same keys were shared to other users and got used. I finally got one, the time to activate, restart my device i got an error that my key was already in use from another user.
So, yhea, don't buy a key from this site.
