Whole foods quality has gone down…

Whole foods quality has gone down immensely. Used to get seed seduction bread every week. No more. Thru used to use whole wheat flour, now mostly white or wheat, not whole grains. Bioengineered foods in many of the deserts and not good oils in a lot of their foods. Go to Nayural grocers now

They bragged everything changed since last year’s prepared dinner and it did! It went from great to horrible! Will never order it again and hope they fire the idiot who changed everything. That person can’t have much sense! 20 at our house all agreed how horrible it was! Would like to hear the excuse!

Wholefoods thanksgiving

Wholefoods Clearwater thanksgiving used to be good in previous years. Good selection of different foods. Yesterday's food was awful and expensive. Turkey breast was overcooked, no moist, soooo dry. Plus the green beans were raw!! I have noticed this before in previous months. Not sure how they prepared this but it was awful. We did not have dinner yesterday. Had to throw it out. I would have gone back with the food if I could. Awful!!!!

3 calls to cust serv

3 calls to cust serv. First 2 ... disconnected. An hour, only to be told I had to call the store where my delivery order was being packed. I needed the baker bread ran through the slicer. My hands don't work well.
I am an organic person and WF has a very good selection.
Something wonderful happened when I reached the Boca store manager. Chris. With only a few minutes to spare, he managed to get the bread sliced. After all that stress, I had a good deep breath bc of Chris and his competencies.

Expensive. Whole Foods Customer Service Model… Flawed.

The Whole Foods customer service model is non-existent. Why? Because each time I've stood by the fresh food's area, they almost always ignore that you're standing there. Worse yet, they'll be one waiting on others and they're so inefficient. Secondly, no one knows anything when you ask some simple questions. i.e. What and when will be on the hot foods bar. It's just as though almost none of these employees are there to help you, but to only collect a paycheck for doing little or almost nothing. It makes you wonder how they'll get on with their lives with such little efforts? Quite expensive items and many that they run out of very often. Frustrating experiences. They must not be treated too well.

Long and Detailed Reasons for Leaving Amz Prime, Grocery Subscription, Video Subscription and evrything else after A 13 year Dependance upon Amazon for Everything

Groceries: It's not possible to shop for groceries on Amazon.com Fresh and now Whole Foods. Amz.com whole foods used to be easy shopping, great packing ,great delivery service and easy immediate refunds for the occasional bad item. It's changed. I expect problems with Fresh, working there must be horrible to shop for people without spoken or written English skills. Im sorry for them. But I have no options because of sever mobility issues. And now, Amazon has ruined Whole Foods. When I receive an item like sliced swiss cheese that smells terrible, I expect a refund, not a 45 minute fight. Today, crispy lettuce in a container w/leaves visibly turning (yellow, brown, black) with the lid half way open, which becomes a salad to be eaten from the kitchen floor. Or, the soggy, mushy-wet burrito wrapped in paper that's stuck to the product thus, can't be separated. Unless you can eat it in paper having nuked it to at least have it dried up a bit. The driver Tracking App is so off kilter that it's impossible to expect accuracy - it switches delivery time to an hour before you expected it with 6 orders ahead of me. The Driver is expected to arrive ten minutes ago with 6 deliveries ahead of mine. DAP Senior in a street leve city condo stand, alone, in the doorway for 1-3 hours waiting for the driver. Calling CS takes longer than the anticipated 2 hour window. Drivers are no longer responsible for address accuracy on shipping label and most are unaware of "Additional Instructions" which are critical. When Drivers are not expected to understand or speak English, how can they be expected to read it ?

After 4++attempted calls to customer service for every the process is absurd to ask for a refund for bad food delivered. 1. vetted by the bot, 2. vetted by the first CS to take the call 3. put on hold to be vetted by the correct department which I requested in Step 1. 4. After 15 minutes of nonsense, you are vetted again , repeading all the same information only this time you need to be re-vetted via a cell phone text. 5. you've already wasted time trying to get a refund via the site "Item is Not Returnable"
- I don't want to return cheese, soggy buritos or lettuce swept up from the floor. I want a refund.
Now, refunds are impossible unless you end the call, traverse more flights of stairs with a cell phone to take photos of smelly cheese, lettuce having fallen all over the floor due to a defective lid, crushed and leaking beverage containers, loaves of bread squashed into 1 massive hunk of bread from being packed under canned food and 64 oz beverages. After 45 minutes, I break and give up. This is how amazon makes extra income - selling bad food that cannot be refunded, to fixed income seniors, DAP , and low income single mothers. I'm a DAP Senior w/a badly compromised spine affecting neck, arms, hands, hips and balance. Otherwise I'd have a car and do my own shopping. It would take half the time, 90% less stress from the hassles Amazon puts on its aging populace. It's less stressful to not eat, at least one can sleep thru no meals that day.
The new process for grocery refunds is so arduous that people like I just give up. The saving grace to amazons business plan is that Amazon keeps the money and don't care if people go to bed hungry, broke from bad orders that must be replicated elsewhere. Being further inconvenienced by requisite amounts of wasted time just piles on the stress. Shopping at Fresh and Whole Foods has become like shopping a Woolworths. It's become a futile endeavor. Evidently, if I want to eat for the next 10 years, my spin need to regenerate 15 new disks, find cures for degenerative spine and new hips.
If you have the resources, I advise that you return to shopping in Brick & Mortar stores - nothing will take as long as it takes to buy a few items on Amazon .

BEWARE EATING AT THE BUFFET EEEWWWW!

We went to the store in Winston Salem and this is the second time we witnessed a homeless person just eating out of the buffet. We said something to the employee but she said the store manager said not to bother them and it was ok. ARE YOU SERIOUS? GROSS!! Beware if you choose to buy from there. This lady also would open canned & bottled drinks and if she didn't like then she would set them aside opened. Her pockets were filled with food and no one said anything of her stealing. So we get to spend more for our groceries because of this open theft and lack of care by the company. We vote with our dollars and we will not spend our money there anymore.

grocery department

When working grocery department, you are expected to move hundreds If not thousands of pounds of product a day, equivating to around fourteen pallets, and my experience was having only one other person, two at the most helping with this process when they used to have a team of seven. This led to my right leg being injured and me, basically having to quit because not only are they not paying me a livable wage here in California, but even if they were, it's not worth the risk to my body.... also, they put canola oil in almost everything at their food bar, which is very bad for you, and it is seed oil which was created originally to lubricate engines during the world wars, cheap and bad for brain health. And this comes down to people pretending that they do things better or for the better of the world or humanity and really they just do it for their own pockets. Whole foods pretends not to be cheap, but at the end of the day, it's just another corporation, and its owner looks like lex luther.

Shame on Whole Foods for ruining the atmosphere…

I have been shopping at Whole Foods in Durham NC since 2000. I have been an extremely loyal customer and have recently noted that the customer service has gotten terrible. I am a 71 year old woman and today at check out, the gentleman checking me out made the 1st bag way too heavy. The bag tore as I tried to lift it and he called the manager over to help and told him in an exasperated tone that I tore the bag. I immediately responded that the bag tore because it was way too heavy. He did not say another word to me the whole time and the manager did not care about me either. I am considering shopping a lot more at Wegman's now. It is not as convenient for me since I have a sick husband at home, but this is too much! And, a friend of mine recently commented that the service at Whole Foods was terrible and that they were rude to her, so, it is certainly not just me. Shame on Whole Foods. One of the reasons I enjoy going there is because of the lovely people that I know who work there, boy that is changing!

Skip the Prepared Food - Terrible Tasting

Whole Foods use to have Excellent food at the cold, food bar. There would be lines at the food bar, but, no more. It looks as if yesterday’s meals are still sitting there. Since Covid, I do not eat off hot bars, so, I am unable to review their hot bar. I purchased several item from the cold food bar today, and they all taste the same - Bland, tasteless, and overpriced. The orzo had 2 spinach leaves that were beginning to go bad. Also, the oil used in the orzo tasted as if it was going bad…The sesame tofu was so dry and tasteless, it was difficult to eat - like eating a rubber band. I remember when the chicken salad was fantastic - tonight, it was tasteless, just dry, but greasy without any flavor or taste. The broccoli with the cream solution was good, but, the chicken salad, orzo and tofu were very unpleasant. What is the oil they’re using; it is greasy, but, tastes as if it is going bad? This meal costed quite a bit for the small portions received. I went early enough where in the past, there would be lots of people ordering… Families with children would be at tables, and the place would be bustling with conversation and the smell of good food in the air.,,It was almost empty, and I know why.,,Never will I eat at Whole Foods again! One good thing - the staff who assisted me was very nice.

Keeps Going Down

As a vegan this place has stopped selling a lot of vegan options in the bread and pastry section. They are selling cases of Mountain Valley at a whooping $34.99.

Go to Wegmans it’s $9.00 cheaper.

The employees who are trying to fill…

The employees who are trying to fill online shopping racing through the store and blocking the aisles are so Irritating. We are the customers and they are the employees, they should move for us, not us moving for them. I suppose they get paid by how many customers they fill? Shelves are often empty. It’s disappointing.
