I have been ordering from you for years. I find that the oil is terrible watered down now and no where as thick and potent as it was in the past. I pray you go back to the original texture.

Thank you for your feedback and for ordering with us over the years. We appreciate your support and wanted to provide some clarification.
Please be rest assured that our oils have not been watered down. We have been working with the same fragrance manufacturers and using the same process for over 30 years.
Our oils have never contained added thickening agents to make them thick. Thickness also does not determine fragrance strength or quality. Different fragrances can naturally vary in texture due to the ingredients used, but a thicker oil does not mean a stronger or longer-lasting fragrance.
We also noticed that your previous order was from 2021 and contained different fragrances than your most recent order. Because each fragrance has its own unique formula and characteristics, they may not all feel or perform exactly the same.
The only formula adjustments made over time would be required updates for fragrance safety and compliance standards, such as IFRA regulations.

Has never let me down!
I've been buying these oils for years! They are super long lasting, strong, and they throw their scent so well. Everyone always tells me how good I smell. Furthermore, they have never caused a reaction on my skin. I have very sensitive skin, most laundry detergents cause a rash. That's how sensitive I am. My order has always arrived in a timely manner, packed very well and everything all in one piece. I have always received the exact items I ordered as described in the product description (I saw some reviews of people getting mad that their perfume oil in a spray bottle was oil based lol, gave me a good laugh).
