Great products only issue is paid for one day delivery and came 4 business days later. There was no disclaimer stating need two days to process order prior to payment, until a confirmation email was sent the next day. Other wise 5 stars .

I like there product and their processing is fast. Only thing I don't like is it seems to me any Joe can buy at wholesale prices. If that is the case then why is this called wholesale? I also buy bulk Hemp and their prices are double. I feel if your not a registered business, you should not get the same prices as a registared business does. We pay federal, state, local taxes, store rent, and utilities and more. I don't know if I'm missing something here but I had a customer that has no job paying the same price as I do. So this is not wholesale, it needs to be called discounted.

Missing refund
I placed an order incorrectly and tried to call to change the order the next day. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Instead to correcting the order he canceled it and said place another order. That would be fine but I still haven’t received my refund for the first order and it’s been a week. I probably won’t order again from this site.
Edit: First of all it’s incredibly inappropriate to post my information on a public website and I ask you to edit your response. Secondly, my bank hasn’t received a refund to process. I’ve called my bank.
I would be happy to update my review when I finally get my refund so I can reorder and try your product. I want to believe this is a trustworthy company to buy flower from and I will give it a try if I ever get my refund.

Very polite, even when I was in the wrong.
I had recently posted complaint but realized that it my fault. In the last couple of months CBD Hemp Direct has always treated me well, even though I was mad at them (again the issue was my fault). If you call or text, you will get a response back within an hour or two at most. Shipping is always free with my order which is a major plus. Bottom line, this company treats me very well and I hope to do business with these folks for a long time. 💯
