I order From here a few times a year but this time it wasn’t a good experience. 3 of my candy bar containers came broke and everything was just thrown in the box. I never Heard anything back when I emailed About it.

I placed and order and did not receive all the items in my order. I notified the company and I have yet to receive a response. I would like a refund for what I did not receive.

I can't complain. The products I got were average quality, but for a ridiculously cheap price. The shipping was fair and pretty speedy too. I would definitely try this site again for another party.

I ordered 12 packages of napkins, billed and paid for 7 packages and received only 4 packages. I have not heard back from anyone. VERY VERY expensive napkins and extremely poor service.

I was honestly expecting lower quality products than what you'd find at party city or Amazon, but everything was amazing quality for almost half the price! I seriously checked 10 websites trying to find the best deal and I came across this, which saved me at least $100. I'm very happy to have found this website!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP ABOUT MY MESSED UP ORDER! My order arrived incorrectly and there has been no follow up on my previous messages to rectify the issue

(I ordered qty 3 of 8pack of cups. I received 3 cups total. There is no customer service phone number or any other way to contact aside from their website form which you receive no follow up from)

I got the package with some wrong items and no one is answering my VP emails to correct that

I have ordered from this company in the past and everything went well. So I ordered again for my sons birthday pinata. My items never had a tracking number that was real or could be found. A month later still no order. I ended up ordering from another store and luckily the pinata will be here in time. But I have emailed the company several times with no response. Now I am disputing charges with my bank. Highly do not recommend this company. If you have a problem you can't even call to contact them! I would stay away from here. Your better off going to the big box store.
