The customer service was quick to sort…
The customer service was quick to sort out queries. The delivery was a day later than expected. The sweets in the boxes also didn’t have the correct amount of sweets in them either. The package was damaged too. The bagged sweets had the right quantity.

Great sweets
We ordered a 4 boxes of sweets for party bags and had plenty left over. Love that they have vegan sweets which covered all dietary requirements for our group. Sweets were delivered on time.

I'd buy again.
I would definitely buy from Wholesale Sweets again. Clear prices from the start (no added VAT at the end) and fast delivery. Items as described on their website. Competitive prices. I ordered for a sweet cart at my wedding but will be ordering again for other events in the future.

The website was slow/ quick customer service
The website was slow. It also stopped working and it took me lots of tries to place an order. On the upside the customer service did try and help quite quick I had sorted it by then so didn’t need their help but they did respond fast.
